Negative experience: We wrote responding to an ad on Idealista to find out if a house was for sale as it hadn’t been updated for many months. Coincidentally, while in the area, we went to see it and met the owner. She showed us the house and referred us to the real estate agent, this man Jesús, who is arrogant and rude. We made him an offer, and after a week, it was us who had to call to find out what was happening. He told us he had gauged the owner, what else could he say, and that he thought he could sell it to us for a little more. 'Gauge'? No, excuse me, pass on the offer and tell me yes or no. How surprising that just 20 minutes after calling him, he sends us a WhatsApp, not even a call, saying we’re going to buy a house!! He tells us it has suddenly been sold and says goodbye. And today, August 30th, the house is back on sale on Idealista, unbelievable. Not understanding anything, except that we were deceived and they are unprofessional, and obviously not buying the house or doing any transactions with this real estate agency, we express ourselves here to note the lack of professionalism of this man who claims to have been in the sector for so many years.

Negative experience: I can't rate this place highly because when I went, during opening hours, the lights were on and there was no one attending and it was closed. I waited for an hour and then someone arrived in a van and left quickly. I hope next time they attend to me and I can change my rating.
