Negative experience: I contacted Copun regarding an apartment they have for sale to schedule a visit. The agent told me via WhatsApp that he would let me know what times he has available to go see the apartment. A day and a half has passed and I haven't heard anything. I would have liked him to inform me if he sold the apartment or if he doesn't have time to attend to me. Very disappointed with this real estate agency.

Negative experience: siempre que me he intersado por alguna promoción que ellos llevaban, nunca me respondieron. Ni por mail ni por teléfono. Para mí, son los peores comerciales de ventas que hay . Con otros no ocurre esto.

Negative experience: A mi me han estafado , es la peor inmobiliaria que hay en Oviedo, a mi me han estafado con 1800 euros , publican un inmueble con muebles y que luego son sin muebles , y aún así aceptamos ir a ve el piso y no mencionan en dicha publicación que NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS y en ningún momento lo comunica , yo doy por sentado que si se admiten mascotas ya que no me dice lo contrario nunca , el 8 de marzo se le entrega la reserva de 600 y el 23 antes de firmar el contrato para la entrega de llaves le hago la transferencia del resto, ( al no vivir yo en Oviedo en esa fecha va mi cuñado en mi representacion y solo para la entrega de llaves) y entonces después cuando yo fuese me hace otro contrato con mi nombre,( cuantos contratos se firman?)... cuando va mi cuñado la comercial lo lee a toda prisa y mi cuñado ni se da cuenta que en la cláusula 17 pone NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS Y ES MOTIVO DE RESCISION DE CONTRATO,( mi cuñado tampoco sabía si yo traía mis perritos y ante la duda se calla, además el firmada la entrega de llaves solamente dicho por la comercial y nefasta Marta) mi sorpresa fue cuando yo llego el 24 por la tarde después de 15 horas de viaje por carretera. Al llegar yo y al leer dicha cláusula llamo de inmediato al dueño y viene al piso y le explicamos todo lo sucedido y el dueño dice que la tal inmobiliaria y Marta son unos sinverguenzas y estafadores que no es la primera vez que se lo hacen, y que no me preocupe que el le va a decir que vuelva hacer el contrato y que me puedo quedar en el piso porque además los muebles son mios( en el piso están todas mis cosas de la mudanza con la compra de mis muebles) pero mi sorpresa es que al día siguiente todo cambia y me llama la estafadora de la Marta y me dice que a quedado con el dueño que me busca otra vivienda que si admitieran mascotas , por supuesto yo no acepto para nada y le digo que yo por la noche quedé con el dueño que se quitaba esa cláusula y yo me quedaba en el piso, pero si ahora a cambiado , pues a mi se me devuelve los 1800 euros y yo me busco otro piso y que si no me devuelven lo pagado yo del piso no me voy..... ahhhh me dice ella que le mande las fotos de mis perros y el seguro de los perros( porque yo los tengo asegurados) yo le digo que no que ni le voy a mandar las fotos ni el seguro y que yo con ella ya no voy a tener más contacto que el que me devuelva lo pagado tanto a ella como al propietario. Me pongo en contacto con el dueño y le digo lo mismo y que porque si por la noche si podía quedarme había cambiado por la mañana y me dice que así había quedado con su mujer( menudo calzonazos e hdp) ahora me veo sin los 1800 euros a parte la inversión de los muebles, el gasto de la mudanza y ahora con más gastos para otro piso y que yo no pienso irme de este piso hasta recuperar el dinero pagado ... no me da la gana tener que perder 1800 euros y para mi tanto el propietario como la inmobiliaria han urdido dicha estafa. Y el dueño me siguió al día siguiente que tanto Marta como la inmobiliaria son unos sinverguenzas y si me han estafado. A que mala hora me interese por este piso e inmobiliaria, así que tened cuidado no os estafen como a mi.

Fantastic experience: Adquirí un inmueble a través de esta empresa. Me atendió Marta Soberado, muy profesional, siempre dispuesta a resolver cualquier duda que pudiera tener. Amable, agradable y diligente. Si tengo que gestionar alguna compra o venta, volvería a acudir a ellos ( con Marta, por supuesto)

Negative experience: Habíamos quedado a una hora en el portal, y no sólo no se presentó Nadie, después de esperar 15 minutos, nos da por ir picando piso a piso hasta que la localizamos y nos dice que ya está alquilado. No se dignó ni a mandarnos un mensaje ni a llamarnos, simplemente nos tenía ahí esperando como si no tuviésemos otra cosa que hacer.
