Negative experience: My experience with the staff of the real estate agency has been profoundly disappointing and unpleasant. Communication was poor, and often my questions and inquiries went unanswered for days, leading to a feeling of indifference towards my needs as a customer. Furthermore, the information provided about the rental properties was scarce and inaccurate, which led me to waste time visiting properties that were no longer available.

Fantastic experience: Muy buen servicio. Raquel, muy atenta, dispuesta a enseñarte la cantidad de pisos que sean necesarios hasta decidirte, sin ningún tipo de compromiso y siempre con una actitud positiva. Atendiendo llamadas y mensajes incluso fuera de su horario laboral si la situación lo requiere. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo!

Negative experience: Nada profesionales, sobretodo Raquel. Impuntual, no escuchó nuestras necesidades, nos hizo visitar pisos que no nos interesaban, y que los inquilinos no habían sido avisados. Bochornoso.
