Negative experience: Nefastos en el tracte cap a les persones que lloguen habitatges a través seu. Molt mala experiència i molt mal tracte després de 10 anys pagant religiosa i puntualment el lloguer mensual. No els recomano.

Negative experience: I give 1 star because there is no option to give none. They don’t respond to emails or mobile phone calls. Nothing further from reality. They do not manage or take care of doing what a real estate agency is supposed to do to sell a property. A truly disastrous and unfortunately distressing experience for all of us who have suffered the consequences. I do not recommend them at all, and if you can avoid their (bad) treatment, the better.

Fantastic experience: I recently sold my apartment with them, everything was super fast and very good, my experience has been positive thanks to Kau, a very kind person who explains everything very well, and also thanks to Remei.

Positive experience: There needs to be more follow-up on the incidents in the apartments they manage. They are very slow to solve problems.

Negative experience: As a property administrator, it's terrible. Meetings every 2 years, without individual settlements, minutes every 2 months if lucky (asking, asking...and asking...please the minutes...), totally DISASTROUS. It only lacks saying that she doesn't want to manage our community (6 neighbors + 1 commercial local). No deficit, even though we have a delinquent local, of course they also don't claim. Terrible. Disastrous.

Negative experience: I had an ABYSMAL experience with them. I was there for over 8 years, and they only tried to make me pay for things they were supposed to cover, for example, the boiler broke down due to old age and they wanted me to pay for it... luckily I am informed... They also tried to tell me I was missing some payments for the apartment and parking... when I have always paid everything religiously... thankfully I had all the payment receipts... Then in the end, they made me wait for weeks to return my deposit... The name change of the utilities seems they did it recently, after I received two bills from the electricity company that don't belong to me... and I left the apartment on December 31, 2022... We are now on July 10, 2023!! And I could go on, but I will leave it here...

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give less. I would appreciate it if justice were done with this real estate agency, and I hope that anyone thinking of renting something with them reads the reviews and doesn't fall into the trap. I rented with them for a year, and when I moved in, there were several defects, such as the toilet cistern being broken, the hot water lacked pressure, the apartment was very dirty, and I requested a parking space. They wanted to rent me an area that wasn't a parking space; it was just a gap under the stairs to store a motorcycle, but I accepted, and in a year, they never gave me a remote control to access the garage. They told me to buy one myself, and they would reimburse me, so I spent €40 on one and didn't get reimbursed because it didn't work. They said they would give me an original one, and it never arrived. Throughout the year, they didn't repair anything I mentioned that was broken before I moved in. As time went on and more breakdowns occurred, they didn’t fix any of them. When the washing machine broke, I called a technician who told me it had broken due to being 13 years old and that it was normal. It broke due to age, not misuse; I can confirm this because the real estate agency wanted me to pay for the technician's visit and the €60 labor fee to determine that the washing machine had broken due to old age and not misuse. When I decided to leave the apartment, the agency didn’t handle anything. While I was on vacation, I had to call the electricity company because new tenants were receiving bills at my account number, and the water company told me I owed a water bill, which they informed me was from before I moved into the apartment, and the real estate wanted me to pay. They took 2 months to return my deposit, whereas the legal term is 1 month. They told me they would give it back in full because I left the apartment in good condition, but in the end, they deducted €50 from my deposit for a water bill that was not my responsibility. They never answered my calls, I made appointments with them for the key handover, and they didn’t show up, they said they would call me but didn’t, and I always had to chase them, etc., etc., etc... Today, I read in the comments that I'm not the only one with these problems, and all my colleagues who need to rent here are unhappy with this real estate agency. From here, I encourage anyone who wants to report this agency to do so at the OCU; I am in the process of doing so. Best regards.

Negative experience: Una inmobiliaria que desde enero he tenido problemas, nada serios, unos irresponsables Deje el piso y aún estoy esperando que den de baja los suministros de luz, de gas y de agua He enviado mensajes y no he recibido respuesta ninguna por parte de ellos Vergonzoso. No la recomiendo para nada.

Negative experience: No son nada profesionales. Nos dieron largas durante semanas para devolvernos la fianza y el cambio de nombre de los suministros lo hicieron pasados los meses incrementado así nuestra facturas.

Negative experience: Estuve alquilado por parte de esta inmobiliaria. Falta de profesionalidad a la hora de tratar cualquier tema relacionado con el piso, tanto para bien como para mal. Cualquier gestión necesitaba de varios correos para ser tratada. Problemas para la devolución de la fianza, un mes mas tarde de dejar el piso despues de revisarlo y dar el ok. La limpieza inicial del piso nula por tener cucarachas en su interior. Piso de Carrer Nord, 4A, 2º3º, Figueras

Negative experience: Un mes después de dejar el piso aún no he recibido la fianza, la excusa es que la administración quien lo gestiona van retrasados por el COVID, es mentira, he hablado con dicha administración y están cumpliendo los plazos, antes de 21 días lo devuelven. Y además siguen si haber hecho el cambio de nombre de los suministros de agua, luz y gas.
