Negative experience: Thieves and fraudsters. They kept and did not return €600 that they asked for the reservation as part of their fees. The apartment is in a place with no mobile coverage; no company provides total coverage guarantees for calls and there is no TV signal either. You have to pay separately for a communal antenna, which they did not mention during the visit; we found out after paying the reservation from neighbors and the city council. When we refused to rent under these conditions and because they hid it from us, they refuse to return the money. They have very rude manners, shrugging off the problem and passing the buck. They have not responded to emails or calls. They are unprofessional, from the salesperson to the manager, David Barniols. They will hear from our lawyer.

Negative experience: Especializados en 'No se admiten animales de compañía'. Esta poca empatía con familias con mascotas habla claro de quienes son.

Negative experience: Encara esperem que ens confirmin si un pis de lloguer del carrer Santa Barbara de Berga, em estat seleccionats pel propietari, o no. Poca serietat i poca formalitat; si es cert que porten 40 anys al sector inmobiliari, es que veritablement, els miracles existeixen

Negative experience: No contestan, no son profesionales, lo peor

Negative experience: Ens van donar cita per veure una casa a Puig-Reig, el dia abans vem concretar l'hora,i al dia següent ens vem presentar al lloc acordat, no hi havia ningú i no ens van agafar el telèfon ni van contestar el WhatsApp. Vem tenir que tornar sense veure la casa i sense resposta després d'haver-nos desplaçat 80km.

Negative experience: Vaig llogar un pis durant un any i al marxar del pis els amos no em van voler tornar absolutament res de la fiança per un moble amb un desperfecte i em donaven llargues dient-me que em tornarien algo. Probesa no es va preocupar de parlar amb la mestressa del pis per la fiança, ho vaig haver de fer tot jo i sense cap èxit perquè no em van ni tornar contesta ja que els hi és igual, el que els interessa és els diners que hi guanyen i ja està.
