Negative experience: They announced a flat for sale, for a month I've been trying to get in touch to buy it. They never respond. When they provide me with a phone number to talk to them, it turns out that it has been sold for 3 weeks!!!! The sale of bank flats is 'rigged', it's a SCAM, they already have investors to whom they give priority and inform about the details.

Negative experience: I give it one star just to be able to rate it, but it would be great if you could rate from 0, which is what it deserves in my opinion. I was looking for an apartment because I was going to work there and I contacted them. They showed me an apartment they had available and I liked it, I decided to go ahead and spoke to them to sign the contract on a Saturday since I was starting work on Monday. I knew I had little time, but in any case, they made things easier for me and said yes to everything and that everything was possible as long as I also passed the insurance. I sent them all my details and inquired if the insurance had been approved, they didn't respond and I decided to call: I was attended by a gentleman who told me that the colleague was on vacation (understandable, we all need to take vacations) but my surprise was when I asked him to at least check if my details had been entered and if he could look at the status in case I needed to submit the guarantor's paperwork, his response was blunt: no, I can't check that for you and when I explained that I needed to know because I was starting work and could end up on the street, his response was: well, if you want, I can make you a spot in the real estate agency, quite unpresentable and in my opinion, unprofessional. I didn't want to get into more conflict and I left my details in case he could check and let me know something, I kept my composure in case they would eventually rent me the apartment. They told me that a guarantor was needed, I sent them the details. And then they replied that my guarantor was not suitable because they did not want to have a guarantor. Conclusion? They have wasted my time from the beginning, I have missed the opportunity to move into another apartment because it has been rented out, and I have been working for a week (and this one coming) needing to be on the road every day (my problem, of course) which could have been avoided if some people had done their job properly. I don’t know if my family or friends will look for apartments in the area someday, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend immollac to them. As I told them by email: thank you for making me waste my time.
