Negative experience: Recommended people. Zero transparency. We were interested in a property, they tell us to keep calling, and after 20 calls and wasted time, they tell you it is no longer available. The seller is rude, ill-mannered, and a liar. One of the worst in Berguedà.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it at all, whether you are an owner, a future buyer, or a tenant, transparency and honesty are completely lacking.

Negative experience: I stayed in one of their apartments and it was terrible, you would call to have them fix the humidity and other things and they never fixed anything! Additionally, the owner took about 4 months to return the deposit and charged us for damages that were already there before we moved in! Terrible, I don't like this real estate agency at all!

Negative experience: Después de visitar un piso para alquilar y enviarles los papeles para solicitarlos, hemos quedado que nos avisarían. Han pasado 2 semanas y no hay ninguna noticia de ellos.

Negative experience: Aneu amb cura perquè són uns PIRATES, amb majúscules. He acabat molt decebuda amb aquesta empresa. T' intentaràn ESTAFAR al màxim, s'inventaran qualsevol excusa (totalment IL·LEGAL i INJUSTIFICADA) per no tornar-te la fiança. Empreses com aquestes fan que segueixi existint la mala fama de les mafies immobiliaries. FATAL.
