Negative experience: My experience is bad, we had an apartment agreed upon for the amount asked in the ad, we paid 1000 euros to make the offer repeating the value that was in the ad, they had accepted on a Friday and on Monday they asked us for 2500 euros more... A ridiculous operation that leaves the staff of this real estate agency very exposed... In the end, it all turned out to be a waste of money and time, and they told us they were going to claim against them for not respecting the conditions and it was all a lie... Be careful about giving them money without having papers signed guaranteeing everything, due to my job I couldn't manage it myself and they took advantage very badly of my partner... My partner was attended to by someone named Maria... I have photos of the whole operation.

Negative experience: I don't understand how this real estate agency can have such good reviews when it's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for them to contact me regarding the rental of a house, for which they tell me I've been denied, me, a civil servant with 10 years in health services and my partner, a self-employed person billing 100,000 euros a year. The treatment they provide is pathetic and the silly excuses they give you instead of being clear, there's little education and the treatment is even worse.

Negative experience: When you're going to buy or sell, my advice is to put the speakerphone when the real estate agent calls, so if there are people with you, they can serve as witnesses in case there are problems with the agency. If you have a property manager, have the agency contact them as they can also be a witness in case of issues. Use WhatsApp as much as you can and don't delete anything. My experience with this agency is that Enrique makes things up; one moment he says white, the next he says black. The good thing is that I have my witnesses, I can call the property manager. The ITE is indeed present, and I only received one offer, a 28 percent discount. Today it's white, tomorrow it's black.
