Fantastic experience: I bought a property with Primer Grupo Túria, the service and process from Juan has been exceptional. Juan made the buying process easy, explaining everything in detail, advising me at all times, and helping me with all the necessary paperwork. I will definitely work with them again when I need to.

Negative experience: Lack of professional ethics and a real waste of time with Alvaro as a sales agent. We started the management, initially he confirmed and then two days reconfirming us, only to backtrack on the operation without providing coherent explanations or giving any options. We will not contact them again.

Negative experience: Little professionalism that makes you waste time. Being the first to see and wanting to book a property at the SAME moment and accepting all the price and fee conditions ensuring that the operation would be quick, they made us waste time collecting our documentation to formalize the deposit and suddenly WITHOUT warning, they close the operation with another person. This smells quite bad. What a shame; how unethical, immoral, and a complete lack of professionalism. What a shame for the time they made my family and me waste during our vacation.

Negative experience: The way they work is very aggressive. I understand that there is a lot of competition, but it borders on bad manners and harassment. They even use personal and private matters that they investigate to get what they want (divorces and separations, illnesses). I don't think this way of working is right (one should even consider if in some aspects it borders on illegality and data protection). The manager is a real rude person, and the workers are too invasive. I do not recommend them at all.

Negative experience: estaba interesa en alquilar un piso, me llama el agente todo muy rapido para hacer una visita , cuando le digo que en el anuncio no pone nada de mascotas , le digo que yo tengo dos. Y ya de malas maneras me habla y casi cortandome el telefono me dice que no, que no aceptan, y le digo que en el anuncio no pone nada de eso,,,, y me colgó directamente,, falta de profesionalidad y muy mala experiencia, se donde no acudir en caso que quiera alquilar vender o comprar un inmueble

Negative experience: Falta total de seriedad y profesionalismo. Ofertan una propiedad a un precio y cuando ya tienes la cita concertada, muestras mucho interés y vas a firmar la reserva, te dicen que ha habido un error y el precio ha subido. Por nuestra parte, ya han perdido unos clientes y no compraremos nada que venga de ellos.

Negative experience: Descontento absoluto. Les pongo 1 estrella porque no me deja ponerles 0. Falta de profesionalidad absoluta en muchos aspectos. Total dejadez en las gestiones y para colmo una vez abandonas uno de sus pisos de alquiler, te siguen cobrando las facturas. No hacen los cambios!!!
