Negative experience: I was sold a premises that had leaks, I was told not to worry because they would repair it. Two months have passed and since they have already been paid, they have neither repaired it nor want to know anything. I have had to get lawyers involved and I cannot use it because anything I put there is at risk of being damaged by the water that is coming in. The premises were owned by the Monzo brothers.
