Negative experience: Theft: On July 29, I made an online reservation for an apartment rented by this agency, 800 euros, I didn’t sign any documents because everything was very fast, since I was out of town my sister made a 5-minute visit to the property. The next day the girl who assisted us, spoke to my sister for 5 minutes in person and to me via WhatsApp, was going on vacation... By the end of August, a property came up in the town where we have lived for 20 years, where our children go to school, have their friends, their sports, etc... and we informed her that we would not rent in La Roca. By law, they are not obligated to return the deposit, but there is ethics, morality, and a sense of justice, and this real estate agency lacks all of them. They have kept 800 euros for 5 minutes of visit and for just putting a name on a rental template and pressing a key. With the rental demand that exists, it seems to say a lot about the people who work there. My review is very negative, because the work done is not worth even half of what they have ROBBED from me.

Negative experience: I sold my apartment with Properman, solely thanks to the broker Sonia. Otherwise, the involvement of the head of the real estate agency was terrible. He tried to keep some money through false information, I felt deceived and manipulated. I turned to a lawyer and Mr. Carlos had to give me my money. If I had believed his words, I would still be waiting for my payment. It's a shame that the good work done by the employees is tarnished by the bad practices of the boss. They never charged me below the established price, they only gave me the option to do it without VAT.
