Without bank guarantees, without insurance, with income from people in the same promotion even in 5 different accounts. They have even promoted the Dulcemar residences on land owned by another developer. If you ask for a refund, it will never arrive, they have kept the money from more than 800 buyers.

The 60 business days stipulated in my reservation contract have passed, and not only have they not made the refund, but during all this time, no one from Grupo 21 / CJDE FAM 2016 has provided an explanation that guarantees in any way the refund of my reservation, which is a significant amount of money. Not only that, but the only thing I have found in these 3 months of long waiting is a potpourri of evasions of all sorts and verbal commitments that have ultimately been unfulfilled, both from the sales representatives and the sales director, as well as from the lawyers representing them. Hundreds of families who have invested their savings in this company find themselves in this situation, and to this day, the prevailing pessimism is absolute, and little or nothing is known about these gentlemen.

If you are considering buying in any of this Group's promotions, think about what you are going to do.

Most of the projects, as mentioned in other messages on their website, are nothing more than 3D renders, but in reality, there is very little construction going on. Don't trust this developer!
