Negative experience: Negative experience with this real estate agency. I called about an apartment for sale and they gave me incomplete information. I asked for more details, garage, etc., and they didn't send me photos, didn't answer the fixed or mobile phone, and didn't return the call. I'm still waiting for Mr. Pedro to call me. Not very serious and little desire to sell. I hope the owners who have placed their trust in them read this review.

Negative experience: A few months ago, I contacted the real estate agency Vilanova for the purchase of a bank property they had been assigned to sell, acting as representatives of that bank. While it is true that the sale was not a typical one and had a number of complicated legal intricacies to manage for any real estate agent with average knowledge in the sector, I felt very unprotected throughout the process. I was rarely updated with information about it unless I called insistently, to the point that I was threatened with losing the apartment and that it would be assigned to someone else if I was not willing to deal with the process. As I said, I understand the complexity of this particular buy-sell, but the manner left much to be desired. In the end, we had to hire a lawyer (with the extra cost that entailed) to carry out the buy-sell, and if it hadn't been for her, I would have lost the opportunity, not because I did not meet the requirements to access the property, but because of the lack of knowledge and initiative of this particular real estate agency. I also had to pay for the issuance of certain documents in order to expedite the process, which I shouldn't have had to pay for, and I was never reimbursed. In the end, they had some good gesture by letting us visit the property a couple more times to take measurements, but that was all. I ended up acquiring the property and was happy with the part that pertains to me, but I do not wish the suffering, insecurity, and uncertainty that I had to face during all the months that the process lasted on anyone else.

Always willing to help when I have needed them. Both for the management of my company and for my private matters. I advise you to consider them if you are not already working with them.

Fantastic experience: I have been consulting the legal advisory and accounting management for years. My relationship with them started when I was a client of the bank and was recommended many years ago by the bank's director. I purchased real estate from the bank's assets through the group's real estate agency and have never had any issues, even knowing how complicated real estate transactions can be when dealing with bank assets. Regarding legal matters, the lawyer has been present in contracts related to my artistic activity and investments, so I can say that we have maintained a professional relationship with the advisory and management for many years without any inconvenience. As for the accessibility of the office, in my opinion, that is not a favorable point, as I suppose they could be located, given the size of the group, in a more visible and spacious area considering the number of people working in the office. Additionally, a decoration more in line with the space would be beneficial, but these are irrelevant details compared to what you receive in return for good investment advice, management, and real estate management.

Negative experience: Earnest money contract since November and with problems on their part to finalize the purchase, the salesperson doesn't even answer and they don't pick up the phone at the office. Scam? I'll let you know how this whole thing ends.

Negative experience: Terrible service. They commit to showing a property and when you ask again after not hearing from the salesperson, the property is already 'reserved'. Absolute lack of professionalism.
