Negative experience: We scheduled an appointment to see an apartment in Barcelona. The day came and we never heard back.

Negative experience: Firstly, it was impossible to contact them by phone until I left a review and they provided me with a mobile number. Otherwise, nothing. Secondly, we scheduled an appointment to see an apartment and they told me that the day before, they would send me a WhatsApp to give me the location. That never happened. We will not repeat.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Meridan highly enough. I had a problem with illegal occupants in my Barcelona flat. They were able to negotiate with the occupants and secure a fast, and well managed exit, under what for me, were extremely stressful circumstances. Not only that, the property was marketed for sale and receiving visits (and offers) within less than a week after the successful recovery of the property.
