Fantastic experience: We just spent two weeks at Casa Minon in Miami Platja, a house with a pool for 6 people. It was perfect, very good welcome from Palmeras Immo, speaks French perfectly. Top house with everything you need, two summer lounges, 6 sunbeds (no disputes, no need to reserve your sunbed like in all campsites). There is all the necessary crockery and even some appliances. Perfectly quiet. The only downside is the showers, because if you take water at the same time downstairs and upstairs, it's no longer a shower but a trickle of water, or when the pool technician comes to do maintenance and fills the water level, then there's nothing in the showers, not even a trickle of water. But that's really the only negative point, everything else was perfect. Stephane.

From an organizational standpoint, the welcome and departure were very well managed: proactive communication, punctuality, and good humor. Our rental was in accordance with what was advertised: clean and with all the necessary equipment for a successful vacation :-). The pool technician came twice for maintenance. We detected a leak on a Saturday night, immediately reported it to the agency: by Sunday morning, the issue was resolved. For me, it is in these moments that we see the quality of an agency. The presentation of the rented property and the transfer to the accommodation accompanied by a person from the agency with the delivery of a very detailed booklet of useful information. Positive experience: Séjour à la Villa Christel du 9 au 23 juillet 2022 Très bon accueil de l'agence à notre arrivée. Comme pour la réservation, tout s'est très bien passé et nous avons même eu droit à un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Nous avons été accompagné jusqu'à la villa par Pierre. Le séjour s'est très bien passé. La piscine est magnifique et on s'y plonge d'une facilité déconcertante. La maison est fonctionnelle et si cette maison avait la climatisation, se serait un vrai plus pour les températures de la nuit. A notre départ, une personne de l'agence est venue faire l'état des lieux et là encore, tout s'est très bien passé. Si nous retournons dans la région, nous n'hésiterons pas à faire appel à Palmeras Immo et même sans climatisation, nous retournerons volontiers à la Villa Christel.

John leidde ons enthousiast door het prachtige huis en stuurde ons later nog wat tips voor restaurants. Bij het weggaan kwamen ze nog even langs om onze ervaringen te horen. We konden zo vertrekken, zij regelden verder alles. Kortom, een agency die zijn beloftes nakomt en je welkom laat voelen.

Fantastic experience: Wir hatten die Agentur noch ganz am Ende unserer Suche gefunden und im Juni 2 Wochen in einem sehr schönen Objekt verbracht. Kleine Unzulänglichkeiten zu Beginn unseres Urlaubes (fehlende Kaffeemaschine und Sonnenschirm) wurden umgehend abgestellt. Insbesondere die vorzeitige Übergabe des Hauses aufgrund unserer zu frühen Ankunft war kein Problem. Sollte es uns wieder in diese Gegend verschlagen, dann bestimmt über diese Agentur!! Top!!!

Fantastic experience: Location de la villa Casa Esperanza du 30 juillet au 14 août pour 2 familles 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Superbe villa pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Les enfants ont pu se répartir et avoir leur indépendance grâce au studio et à l'appartement. 3 SDB pour 8 c'est tres appreciable, sans compter la douche extérieure qui est vraiment top! Très bien placée, au calme et pourtant proche des commerces, restaurants , 500m de la 1ere crique et 800m de la plage principale. Nous avons passé 15 jours sans utiliser la voiture excepté pour les grosses courses. Le supermarché DIA est a 300m et les prix ne sont pas plus élevés que dans les gros supermarchés. A souligner la gentillesse et la réactivité de Pierre et de l'ensemble de ses collègues de l'agence immobilière que nous recommandons fortement.
