Negative experience: I had the idea of giving the sale of my apartment to Tecnocasa in Atarfe. Initially, I was attended by Ivan, a guy who was great, polite, understanding, and very attentive. But he left after two or three days, and my sale was taken over by Alberto. From there on, the lies and the deceit began to come in continuously. I don't like his ways at all; he did not fulfill any of what we discussed. I found him to be arrogant, conceited, and consistently dishonest. I don't want to say that the rest of the employees are the same; I did not think that of the ones I interacted with. For me, it was not a good experience. I do not recommend it.

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with Cristina's management in the rental of an apartment. The visit took place on December 12th, and after many unanswered calls, when we finally managed to speak with her, the December bridge arrived. That same Friday, she promised to call us back to give us the answer, and 8:00 PM came without any news, leaving us without knowing the owner's response for 1 week! It is now February, and there is still no date to move into the apartment, as they keep saying that the electricity and water have not been activated yet... SHAMEFUL!! Very poor management!

Negative experience: Alberto, who was the person in charge of managing the apartment I bought, was terrible. Two months without giving any sign, no information about how the apartment was going or any updates unless I showed interest or found out through his colleagues. After two months, he told me that a process necessary for the sale of the apartment had already been done. It was two months later when he actually finished it, so he lied, from September to the end of January to move into the new home. He told me that the VAT could be removed, which is illegal, and they promise you that over and over, and then it's obviously a lie. They think that because they take off 800 euros from VAT, you won't buy the house. And finally, to top it off, Cristina made a contract in my name without my consent for electricity supply, using the excuse that she thought she could do it xD. Terrible management by Tecnocasa Atarfe, I will never leave a good comment about this company; it will be the opposite. Regards: wonderfully.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with the agent Cristina. We were interested in renting an apartment in Atarfe and went to see it on a Friday morning. Cristina offered to ask the owners if they could lower the price (without us requesting it, but we thought it was a good idea). The following Monday we asked her if she had spoken with the owners. It turned out that she had not contacted them. The next day, she finally spoke with the owners, and they did not want to lower the price. Despite this, we were still interested in the apartment, as we initially did not think the owners would lower the price until Cristina suggested it and we told her we were okay with the original price. After that, we spent two or three days trying to contact her without success. The next day, she informed us that there was another couple interested and that she was going to proceed with their rental, even though we had seen the apartment a week before and wanted to rent it. We were willing to pay the initially agreed price, so we do not understand the reason why she decided to go ahead with the other couple. Obviously, we tried to contact her again for several days and received no response. Personally, I consider this to be the worst service I have received during the process of renting a home. We feel deceived and have wasted a lot of time.
