Negative experience: I recommend to anyone looking for a rental to avoid this real estate agency... they will deceive you. They are offering a house, chalet-style, in Castrillo de Cepeda... a freezer to live in for 500 euros. It is not isolated, it has old wooden windows. When you enter the house, the cold is unbearable. The heating will cost you more than 1000 euros a month if you don't want to freeze to death... you can store food in any of the rooms. The electrical installation is about 40 years old with high consumption light bulbs and you have problems with short circuits every few days. The washing machine dances the polka and you have to hold it so it doesn't move. The mattresses are for a fakir... full of springs. The attic is impossible to use because it is a freezer with an old glass window and shutters that don't close and are twisted. The gas stove... very old, with three burners and only one works moderately well. The oven is stuck with grease from the quaternary... in the living room, there is a very ugly fireplace that not only lets smoke in but in winter, the heating goes out and a lot of cold comes in. The lamps are from ancient times... with a lot of old, high-consumption light bulbs, the kitchen utensils are few and very old, they give a bit of disgust. And on top of that, you have to endure a lot of unusable objects, like a storage room, and some very ugly pictures that you are forced to see every day... I repeat, this house does not meet healthy and legal conditions for habitability... try visiting it... in winter.... After a few days, the rental ad for the freezer house in Castrillo de Cepeda continues... in La Cepeda, next to Astorga... you have to have little or no shame, on the part of the real estate agency and the owner, to rent a property that, during the long León winter, is the same place where part of the movie The Exorcist was filmed... terrible are the images of the girl possessed by the devil, exhaling foul air due to the low temperature of the room... because the devil was there... that is the feeling that anyone living in it will experience... and they ask for two months of deposit that you will not get back... I would be ashamed to deceive so blatantly. Warning for navigators.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria,tienes problemas para que te cambien suministros que siguen a tu nombre y sigues pagando cuando abandonas piso,mienten e intentan no devolver fianza,alquilan plazas de garajes y tienes que pagar en metálico y al poco t dicen que no puedes seguir aparcando.... No la recomiendo..
