Negative experience: Son unos IMPRESENTABLES!! He ido desde Leganés a Guadalajara para visitar un piso y en la llamada previa que realizó María tanto conmigo como con el comprador, nos indicó que hacían un estudio de viabilidad con su financiera Kiron a lo que indicamos que la hipoteca ya estaba concedida y solo necesitábamos el piso. Dijeron que era un trámite habitual y por tener otra opción, para que el cliente lo valorara. Al llegar allí me indican que si no se hace con ellos la financiación NO enseñan el piso. Después de hacerme movilizar desde la otra punta de Madrid.El trato ha sido totalmente desagradable y poco profesional. Además de indicar que NO es legal que una inmobiliaria me obligue a hacer el estudio financiero con ellos para enseñar un piso, ya que están violentando mi derecho a elegir, los contratos son separados, y es una conducta abusiva. He estado hablando con varias inmobiliarias y sólo 1 me ha indicado directamente que por política de empresa no lo hacen lo que aunque no es del todo legal por lo menos es correcto.Con lo cual vamos a denunciar ante la oficina del consumidor. MUCHO CUIDADO ⚠️ con esta gente que son unos impresentables.
