Negative experience: I could get the phone, I lost it, and I need to locate them for an apartment.

Fantastic experience: We have an apartment in our community that has a large debt, we have sent a formal notice and there is no way to resolve it, they only limit themselves to paying the community fees, the apartment is currently occupied illegally, they are stealing electricity from the community and Angie pays neither electricity nor water, it's a disgrace.

Negative experience: In May 2022, I rented a place that was not theirs. It was a foreclosure that the previous owner had recovered. They signed the contract and I paid the deposit and the guarantee. A few days later, the owner contacted me upon seeing that works were being done in their property. I got in touch with them and they told me it was impossible. In July, they called me to say that the gentleman was right and that I had to stop everything. As of today, April 5, they have not returned any of my money. Not the deposit nor the guarantee, etc... I suspect they rent or sell things that do not belong to them.

Negative experience: They maintain an apartment in San Sebastián de los Reyes with debts to the community. They have evicted the previous owners, put up a 'security' door, and within a week, it has been occupied. Now, a family lives there who neither pays community fees, water, nor anything, and we can't even get in touch with them. They don't even have it for sale to alleviate the problem for the other neighbors in the building. They are shameless.
