Negative experience: I am amazed by the excellent reviews. My case is just the opposite. I sent a message through Idealista for a place I am interested in, and they did not respond. A direct email to their office, they also did not respond. I called by phone, and they told me that the agent handling the property in question was not available; I left my details. Five days have passed, and they have not called me. In short, it's inexplicable, well yes, the person who attended to me said they were overwhelmed. Little seriousness, if not none. Additionally, for them to respond after a year only reaffirms what I previously mentioned.

They have gone out of their way for us from the first moment, and nowadays that is something that is not so common. Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency has been dreadful. Txaro, who I believe is the owner of the agency, does everything wrong. I will give you some examples because I have experience with them. In the first year I was with them, our dishwasher broke. We contacted the agency to see if they could do something. The first thing Txaro did upon arriving at the apartment was to tell us that if we had broken it, we would pay for it. She didn't even bother to say 'hello' upon arriving at the apartment (this is literal). Another year, when the contract ended, she again got defensive, saying rudely that if the apartment was dirty, we would be the ones paying for it. She is not wrong, but I believe that is not how to speak to those who have paid for your services (in case you're wondering, the owner had no issue with the cleaning and said it was clean). The worst year has been this last one; I don't even know where to start. At the beginning of the school year, she told us to send her a bank account number and authorization so she could direct debit the water and electricity bills to our account. To our surprise, she didn’t do it, and we received up to THREE unpaid notices in the apartment mailbox. We brought it up to her three times, and only on the third time did she finally get her act together and do her job of directing the bills. The next issue this year was with the security deposit. According to the contract, the deposit was supposed to be returned 30 days after the contract ended. Surprise, the money didn’t arrive. I contacted her on August 2nd, and she told me she would get in touch with the owner. This means she didn’t take care of our deposit until we mentioned it. To our surprise, the owner decided to keep over 300 euros for cleaning and sheets. According to the owner, there were 6 sets of sheets and 3 mattress covers, and according to her, some were missing. We obviously demanded that back because, to start, there weren’t 6 sets and we didn’t take any with us. I mentioned this to Txaro, and she ignored me for 3 days until I threatened her with a lawyer uncle I have. After that threat, she responded 17 minutes later (I have the WhatsApp conversations that prove everything I say). Like Pontius Pilate, she washed her hands of it and said that managing the deposit was the owner’s responsibility and that she wouldn’t take care of it. My uncle sprang into action, and sent them a demand for the full return of the deposit. Two days later, they returned it in full. What I want to get at is that none of this would have happened if they had done their job properly, let me explain. In the contract, in the first point, it stated that on September 1, 2023, we would receive a video of the inventory of the apartment, a video that never arrived. Seeing that the owner was trying to deceive us, I demanded the video, and what she sent us was a video in which no type of inventory was visible (i.e., the 6 sets of sheets that were supposedly missing were not seen). Since the agency didn’t do their job well when making the inventory, the owner couldn’t legally claim anything from us (though I assure you we didn’t take any sets). The same thing happens with the cleaning concept. As is normal, when the contract ends, the tenant and landlord meet at the apartment to see if everything is in order. If everything is fine, keys are handed over, and the contract is concluded. But with Deusto real estate, this is not done. They simply leave the keys at the agency and finish the contract without checking if the apartment is clean or if anything is missing. In short, they do the minimum work possible and do it poorly. They are rude, ignore you, and until you threaten them, they won’t say anything. Txaro, before you respond to this review, think it over well because I have all the conversations, invoices, and emails.

Fantastic experience: When someone loves their job, it shows, and a lot. I will always be grateful to Jonan, Txaro, and Leyre. They made a complex process simple, and I felt supported at all times. They are a perfect blend of professionalism and the closeness and support of a great family. Sold the apartment on the first visit, always attentive to my needs, keeping me informed every step of the way, available for any questions with a lot of flexibility, empathetic, and very solution-oriented. You couldn’t ask for more. I would definitely do it again in the future if I had to choose again. Millions of thanks for everything!!!

Negative experience: Disastrous experience, they are real characters, they disrespect you, deceive you and on top of that they never tell you anything about the true conditions of the contract you sign. The only thing they care about is making money by any means. They tell you their story over the phone and when you show up at the real estate agency it's all excuses. If you intend to rent with them, be very careful, clarify everything well before signing.

Negative experience: It's a shame of a real estate agency. I was without heating all year, and they didn't pay any attention to me. And as if that wasn't enough, they charged me €200 to change the contract, when no previous contract required that. Our bathroom broke down, and it took them 4 months to come and fix it.

I have been with Txaro but I know that the whole team is of the same style, very approachable, professional, and trying to do a fair job for both the buyer and the seller. Negative experience: In one of these real estate agencies, the personal work team does not collaborate much with the students. I lived there for 6 months with 4 other roommates, and some things broke down while others were already broken when we moved in. We only realized this upon moving in because we were not warned about it, and it took 5 months to fix the broken items, despite all the emails and notifications we sent about the same situation. The girl who assisted us said she had noted it down to inform the owner of the apartment, but she never did. In addition, her treatment was terrible, and she never paid attention to us. I do not recommend her, honestly.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency, they sold us a house that is falling apart and their priority is to satisfy the owner, not the tenants. Simply detestable, especially since the agency is supposed to take care of the furniture as such but they only tell you 'that's the owner's fault' if something breaks, so why do we pay the agency?? Besides, they delivered a dirty apartment and all the furniture and appliances are barely functioning. I do not recommend this agency if you are a student as they will treat you like trash. We are students, not stupid. Enough already.

Fantastic experience: I needed an apartment for a 3- month stay in Plentzia, Bilbao. (February to April) I contacted Jon and his team regarding a small 2 bed- room apartment. Since I was living in Zurich at the time of planning my stay in Spain, I was figuring out a way to do everything in a safe way and thus to contact persons that I could trust. I wanted to avoid getting messed around. I have a hard time trusting people I don't know especially regarding financial aspects. Jon of Immobilaria Deusto immediately gave me the feeling that I could trust him. He set up a phone call and did everything he could to prove that his office DID exist and that everything was real. (Trust me, I am skeptical) He also made a professional deal regarding my duty of paying a part of the rent in advance. Everything was done in a professional way, there was a contract and he always made a protocol and sent me the payment receipts ect. I would definitively encourage people to contact Jon and his team of Immobiliaria Deusto, especially if you guys are not living in Spain. Its reliable and trustworthy. Thanks again Jon! :)

Desde hace años se encargan de todo y nos da una gran tranquilidad poder contar con gente así. Desde el papeleo con Gobierno Vasco a cualquier tipo de mantenimiento de los pisos, se encargan de todo y con gran profesionalidad. También le encontraron a un pariente mío un piso en una zona de Bizkaia muy buena y a muy buen precio. Son gente cercana y competente.

Negative experience: Poco recomendable esta agencia. La comercial "Txaro" no sabe lo que enseña. A preguntas sencillas como gastos de comunidad o metros de la vivienda no fue capaz de contestar. Además de que tuvimos que esperarla media hora porque no recordaba que habiamos quedado. Además, los pisos que nos enseño no correspondian con las explicaciones que nos dio por telefono. Un desastre. El jefe ausente, no hubo forma de verle la cara por mas que lo intentamos.

Negative experience: Raramente escribo reseñas, pero estoy escribiendo esta para que nadie tenga que tener la horrible experiencia que tuve con esta inmobiliaria. Por favor no obtengan sus servicios. Son groserxs, poco profesionales y explotadores. Brindarán los servicios básicos de una inmobiliaria y luego le gritarán cómo le hicieron un favor, y le cobrarán tarifas exorbitantes. También le darán información engañosa, le dirán una cosa cuando se mude y luego la negarán por completo cuando se mude. El propietario de la inmobiliaria es una persona particularmente manipuladora: en múltiples ocasiones, trataron de enviar extraños al departamento cuando yo no estaba allí y cuando traté de mencionar las protecciones legales que tiene como inquilino, como por ejemplo, necesitando aviso de 24 horas antes enviando personal, me enviaron una avalancha de mensajes de voz enojados (y amenazantes). Perdí la cuenta de la cantidad de veces que me gritaron sin una buena razón e interrumpí durante sus monólogos ruidosos y enojados. Mirando hacia atrás, fue francamente acoso.
