Negative experience: Very negative experience. We found an apartment that we liked and that we could perfectly afford. The seller made us offer €15,000 less, only for her to say that suddenly there was another offer and sell it to someone else. We would have closed the sale at the price they were asking that same afternoon when they showed it to us, and she didn't let us make it happen. I suppose they might have already had a verbal agreement for the sale, perhaps even for less than what we were offering.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Carlos from the very first moment has been first class. First of all, we contacted him to find our first home, and everything was wonderful. The treatment was unbeatable as he informed us about everything in detail, without any desperation on his part for us to find 'the house', he gave us time to look for everything calmly. So much so that we also recommended him to my brother-in-law, who ended up buying another chalet like ours. And that's not all, after a few years, he has helped us immensely to sell the house again, with so much help, and everything was super easy and quick, because the real estate agency takes care of everything. Negative experience: We have been selling a property with them since the beginning of the year. A few days ago, they told us they had an interested buyer and offered a price 7% below the published one. After thinking about it, we accepted. The real estate agency began the processes, requesting documentation, and a few days later they informed us that the buyer had backed out. Okay, that can happen. They had already removed the house from the portals where it was advertised. We told them that we did not agree with removing the house from sale just because of the offer. We continued with the sale and again they communicated that the buyers had reconsidered and wanted the house. We resumed the documentation procedures and they made us go sign a reservation contract, which we signed alone. The buyers said they would do it another day... and once again, days later, we found out that the buyers had backed out again. After demanding responsibility, we learned that there was no reservation, nothing, and the sale publication had been removed from the advertising portals. We again expressed our dissatisfaction and lack of professionalism. They were not able to apologize or take responsibility for this, and in their defense, they claimed that they are neither Tecnorete nor a franchise. Discrediting the competition to avoid taking responsibility for their own mistake is unprofessional, no matter how many years they have been in the sector. Their attitude towards our dissatisfaction turned into arrogance, and they were a bit presumptuous, lacking humility. They also hinted that the commission agreed upon in the contract wasn't that much, implying that it's not really their concern. Our experience with this real estate agency leaves us no choice but to give them one star...

Negative experience: A shame, Alberto canceled the visit on (04/13/2024), the day before. According to him, because they were unable to contact me, a call at 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. I called at 7:32 PM that same day. And at 8:00 PM, I was told, via Whatsapp, that the visit had been canceled for the reasons stated. It is worth noting that the same week, they changed the time of the visit, instead of 11:30 AM, to 10:30 AM and if I could be a little earlier, better. You can stick your house where cucumbers are bitter. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Negative experience: SHAME. They work with a default insurance that seems like you have to be an MEP to even have the slightest chance of accessing to see the apartment. I don’t know what insurance you work with but it’s a disgrace, a couple with permanent contracts and more than enough income and it doesn’t work for them, I work in the IT sector and my partner has a position of responsibility, they didn’t even ask us. They only bothered to ask for work history (my partner was promoted six months ago in another company and the contract is from that time) and that wasn’t enough. There is something called work history and it can help you get to know a tenant, no matter how many years of experience they have, they can still stop paying rent. Inhumane, zero empathy or willingness to help, the service from the lady was super rude and cutting, she almost hung up on me. Because of places like this, the country has the tremendous housing problem it has. You are scum.
