Fantastic experience: Bon tracte i gent molt. professional.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I haven't had good experiences at all and I'm now chasing after €1500 for a deposit. I actually wanted to buy a berth in Empuriabrava. I made the request and was then referred to a Spanish portal where I had to make the deposit. Unfortunately, the portal told me I didn't submit enough documents and the purchase process was canceled. Unfortunately, I currently can't get my money back and Marc can't offer me a solution, claiming in between that I didn't make any deposit despite the receipts. GALIB never again, and I will soon be back in Spain to report the company for fraud. I can absolutely only ADVISE AGAINST!!!

Negative experience: They are doing badly! When so many people feel deceived, there must be a lot wrong. I won't even get close to them!!!

Negative experience: Appalling service and exorbitant prices. They take advantage of people as much as they can and more. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: A great real estate agency that gives you confidence and exquisite service. Always by your side taking care of the paperwork and documents you need. They make the purchase easier, a good personalized purchase. In such an important moment as the purchase of your home, they know it and make sure it is a good memory.

Fantastic experience: I have used the services of Gàlib real estate several times and I recommend it 100%. The treatment with the client is very personal and they always have the best disposition to advise and help you with what you need.

Negative experience: Shameful and disinterest in selling. I went with my mother twice to get details about 2 properties for sale. The lady at the reception was unprofessional to begin with; the first time she told me that Marc, who is in charge of the sale, was at the notary and they could not attend us, asking if I could give my details and they would call us. Two weeks passed, and no one called. We returned for the second time, and it was the same. It took her 5 minutes to find my details and she said she would pass the note and they would call us. It has been a month now and nothing.

Negative experience: Terrible treatment. Lack of information and management on their part in the purchase of a property. We called them and they didn’t answer the phone; their way of acting created a lot of distrust for us, and ultimately it was confirmed. We made a deposit on a property and informed them that we would take it, and once the deposit was made, they continued showing the property. Later, we found out from the bank that that property had already been reserved, since he did not give any signs and we could not contact them. A shame as a person and real estate agent.

Fantastic experience: I purchased a property with GALIB S.L. and everything was done correctly, the communication was smooth, and the final result was all good, thanks to Marc and Josep who resolved the hurdles that arose, highly recommended.

Negative experience: Shame on the real estate agency. Scammers. Especially that man named Marc. Not professional at all. Very bad. Plays under the table. He has deceived us.

Negative experience: Terrible treatment and management. Once an agreement has been made and a deposit given for a property, they continue showing it until they find another client who is of more interest to them. I do not recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I have received good treatment, and I have used their services on several occasions satisfactorily.

Negative experience: Given the prices you charge for fees: consulting, sale/rental, you could at least have a properly functioning website.

Negative experience: Ads on the website and in-site are outdated. Customer treatment could bé greatly improved.

Negative experience: I rented through them for a while. Before signing, they respond to emails. After that, forget it, they won't do it again.

Negative experience: absolutely shameful. I made an appointment to see an apartment three days in advance, they told me they would call me on the day of the appointment because they were receiving the keys. There was no call and to my surprise when I called, they told me the apartment was already rented. Professionalism, none.

Negative experience: Real estate agencies that make you wonder how they are still open with the little kindness and terrible service they offer. The secretary seems to have little desire to work and is drier than a stick; she is probably a relative of someone, although the clients who leave there usually remember her and her family. The commercial agent is another rough gem; it seems you have to enter with a check between your teeth for the service to be minimally decent. If you are looking to rent, it's better not to step into the agency as the customer service is quite poor. I'm not the only one saying this; just look at the rest of the reviews that say the same thing; when the river sounds...

Negative experience: Donat els preus que cobreu per honoraris de: assessorament, venta/lloguer, ja podríeu tenir una pàgina web en condicions.

Negative experience: Donen un servei molt deficient, et parlen amb molta supèrbia i amb prepotència, estava interessat en un pis de lloguer però quan preguntes et parlen com si anessin de un sobrat exagerat i per sobre de l'espatlla, inclús amb tot el que esta caient amb el covid i la senyora que em va atendre no va tenir ni la decència de posar-se la mascareta, quina falta de respecte i poca vista cap als clients i en tot moment infringint les mesures de seguretat.

Negative experience: Página muy mal creada, no te deja realizar ninguna búsqueda con lo cuál la hace inútil.

Fantastic experience: Muy buen servicio, una empresa de una gran responsabilidad y empeño, el trato de los trabajadores han tenido un trato excelente Muy buen servicio, sobretodo del Sr.Marc, no voy a dudar en compartir mi experiencia con este gran servicio.

Negative experience: Una molt mala atenció i gens interès en realitzar la gestió, ni donar opcions / alternatives, després d'una explicació detallada del meu perfil com a client i les meves necessitats. MOLT MALAMENT. En concret, el comercial Marc Centellas. Com a coneixedora i treballadora en el sector de l'atenció al client,...no s'entén aquest tracte.

Negative experience: Trato pésimo por parte del comercial Sr. Marc, sin mostrar ningún tipo de interés en la gestión del inmueble ni en nuestro perfil como clientes, haciéndonos perder tiempo innecesariamente. No recomiendo el trato con este comercial que no ha demostrado ser nada profesional.

Negative experience: Muy poca profesionalidad y una falta absoluta de interés y cortesía. Después de enviar en dos ocasiones toda la documentación y hacer el pago de fianza, me notifican ocho días después que el piso ya se lo han alquilado a otra persona. NADA RECOMENDABLE. La chica de recepción no debiera de estar de cara al público, el trato de atención al cliente es pésimo
