Negative experience: Dreadful, arrogant, they don't even offer you a chair unless it's a good commission. They try to make you feel like an idiot or fool, artura.

Negative experience: What I can personally say about this real estate agency, specifically about their advisor Alberto, is disastrous. I put my trust in him for the rental of my property, and when I found out through the community of neighbors that it was being used as a brothel, all the neighbors were obviously very upset about the situation because they were being rung at all hours by drunk and drugged individuals. He provided me with no solution and has no intention of doing anything or guiding me on what can be done. On top of all this, it is not mentioned that these people already have other apartments rented for the same purposes and are on the list of undesirable tenants. When I asked to get insurance for non-payments, he told me that they do not qualify to obtain that insurance. The only thing he did was charge a commission of 2 months' rent plus VAT, 1 to each party, and wash his hands of the problem. What kind of selection did he make of clients? None!!!! The only thing he wanted was to collect money and create a problem for the owner of the apartment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY AND EVEN LESS THIS ADVISOR.

Negative experience: Dealing with Arantxa Molinero has been my biggest mistake. She did not answer my questions at any time. The experience was very bad. I don't know how there is no supervision in that real estate agency. By the way... I give one star because otherwise it doesn't allow me to publish. I would give her less than 10.

Negative experience: My experience with A-10 has been like this. Less than 10. They didn't help at all. We felt very deceived. I learned that I should never trust them again. I dealt with two salespeople and they are tough talkers. Once is enough, Saint Thomas. In fact, I then went to another real estate agency and fortunately not everything is A-10. By the way, the rating is zero at best. By the way, to publish you are forced to give one star. I would take it away.

Negative experience: I bought an apartment that this real estate agency was managing, and everything was fabulous until the signing of the deposit. We signed, and some things were left pending because the final purchase date was not very clearly defined due to other circumstances. After the deposit, Flor, who was the salesperson, disappeared, and we couldn't contact her in any way (due to excessive workload), nor could we reach the owner. Thanks to Marta, the girl at the office, we were able to signal Flor back to life (a thousand apologies saying that she was not like that but was overwhelmed). But she disappeared again to the point of not receiving WhatsApps, and we couldn't even schedule a signing date for many weeks. Such a disappointment that we almost said we would not proceed with that apartment since the deposit was already signed. And again, thanks to Marta, we managed to contact Flor again. (Didn't you say you weren't like that? How can it be that we are left stranded without knowing what happened or if that girl no longer works at the real estate agency...) We understand that a salesperson is there for a sale from start to finish. But if work overwhelms you, it's very bad for customer service and gives a very poor image.

We had a problem with an apartment we had for rent, and in the face of complications, we wanted them to assist us in what to do, and the person attending us (Mariam) kept postponing, canceled appointments, and didn't even advise us on what we could do... We asked for the advice of a lawyer, and they couldn't even contact the company's representatives... As we know, these places charge for services, but when problems arise, they leave you stranded... In the end, they have no trouble sleeping at night, while the rest of us are struggling.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this real estate agency, but especially with the real estate advisor I got: Pablo Uriz. In April, I reserved an apartment with them for purchase, and from the beginning, this advisor barely clarified my doubts about the conditions of the apartment because he either didn't know them or was hiding them; not to mention he would respond whenever he felt like it. However, when it came to the steps to finalize the purchase, he was the first to respond. Once the purchase was completed, I see that the extractor doesn't work because it had shoddy repairs, the hot water barely came out of the bathroom, the living room had holes and shadows of furniture that used to be there, even after promising me that the apartment had just been painted. The boiler was also faulty and turned out to be 13 years old and doesn't work well (I had to call a technician on my own), one door of the house doesn't close because it doesn't fit, and the frame of another is loose. Since I had barely any hot water in the bathroom, I had to leave the house and this advisor took more than a month (me insisting day after day) to bring me someone who wasn't even a technician. Now the hot water in the kitchen doesn't show up, and I've been waiting since before San Fermín for them to give me a solution, and I am clear that I will report them because they have neither cared about my situation nor have they fixed absolutely anything.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. I called several days to see a house in Mutilva, they never returned my call... Days later I found out through the Idealista search engine that the property was no longer available, but I heard nothing from them. A courtesy call would have been enough, they seemed rude and very unsmart, because I certainly never plan to make any purchase in the future with them.

Negative experience: Muy mal. No respetan el orden de visita para ver un piso. No es posible que a la hora de anunciar un piso, me informe, concrete una visita el mismo día, y al rato ya esté vendido. No se puede trabajar peor y tener tan poco fundamento.

Negative experience: Al ir a alquilar un piso, sin pedir nada, estando en la misma oficina con 38 grados a la sombra no te atienden si previamente no has rellenado SU formulario. No me gustó el trato. Estamos llegando a unos extremos q no me parecen normales ni coherentes. Que aunque vayas allí, NO TE ATIENDEN sin formulario web cumplimentado nada..y ellos te atenderán..no cuando necesites tú.. será cuando ellos consideren...el mundo al revés!!! Para mí de todo punto incomprensible!!!

Negative experience: Gestión pésima de la venta de la casa, desde que me vendieron un piso con la caldera rota que sino nos damos cuenta nosotros nadie nos dice nada hasta varios desperfectos más como fuego de la cocina etc.. El cambio de titularidad de luz gas etc una auténtica pesadilla que a dia de hoy después de 6 meses después sigo con problemas porque ellos una vez vendida la casa se han desentendido y su ayuda ha sido nula. Muy mala experiencia y nada recomendable está inmobiliaria!!

Negative experience: Al ir a adquirir un dúplex, fueron cambiando las condiciones de la compra, en mi perjuicio. Incluso después de haber dado la señal, quisieron volver a cambiar las fechas y los pagos. Además la agente se ofendió muchísimo cuando me eché para atrás en la compra. Hubo falta de empatía y mala educación. Aunque no se cierre un trato, la despedida no debe ser un " colgar el teléfono" sin decir adiós. Mala experiencia
