Negative experience: I was sold a duplex, without being told several things *(23 heirs.... which increased the cost of the deed), for example, it had HIDDEN DEFECTS for which I have to take responsibility for the breaks inside the house. I believe that despite Laura Paradell's seemingly good speech, she *forgot* to inform me about the drawbacks it had. I RECOMMEND CAUTION AND ASKING ALL NECESSARY QUESTIONS BEFORE THE PURCHASE.

Negative experience: Very unhappy with the treatment received. A few days ago, we saw an apartment for sale on Idealista and got in touch, and about three days later they contacted us to arrange a viewing. We agreed to meet yesterday at 9:30, and the day before yesterday we checked the listing and it had disappeared, showing as sold on their page. After seeing this and being the day it was, we sent a WhatsApp to confirm if it had been sold to avoid the trip to Pamplona, as we are not from there. We received a reply saying 'I will get back to you as soon as possible', but not hearing anything further, we went to the agreed appointment at the agreed time, and the surprise was that no one showed up or wrote to us again. As of today, no one has contacted us to confirm that the apartment has been sold, let alone to give an explanation/excuse.

Negative experience: A few days ago, I had a very bad experience with advisor Yulia. I wanted to see an apartment that was for sale. We agreed to meet on a Tuesday. On the same day, she notified me that she couldn't come and offered the possibility to choose another day - Wednesday or Friday. I chose Wednesday at 18:20. Five minutes before the agreed time, I was waiting at the address I was given. I waited for 25 minutes until I went home because the advisor didn't show up. Half an hour later, I received a message. The advisor asked if I was coming. I replied that I had been waiting 25 minutes in front of the building and that it was her who didn't show up, so I went home. Then she told me I could call her because she was busy with some clients (!). In the end, she told me that she would soon receive another client and didn't want me to come. So, first she changed the day of the visit, and when we agreed for the next day, she didn't even show up. Very little professionalism on her part, to say the least... so one star, well deserved.
