Positive experience: Very central, close to the port. Clean, nice room with some aesthetic flaws (nothing important). The check-in is done following instructions provided via WhatsApp. Towels are changed daily if you want. Downsides: the towels smell damp after use. There are containers next to the hotel façade, it's a continuous flow of hospitality staff throwing away trash and glass, impossible to get any sleep. If you open the windows, thousands of mosquitoes come in from the containers. Recommended 50/50.

Positive experience: Good stuff: Aircon. Daily cleaning. Quiet. Bad stuff: lights in the hallways are iffy I have to use my phone light. Cucarachas in the room.

Positive experience: Very nice place in the center of Corralejo. Spacious and clean room, equipped with a well-stocked kitchenette. Friendly staff.

Positive experience: Recommended, room in very good condition. I will definitely return. The only detail is that it does not have a washing machine.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I spent the week here for a holiday and it was perfect. The room was well equipped with a cooker and fridge and various light settings as well as a nice bathroom! Its location was perfect for us too; only a three minute walk from the beach and restaurants so we could quickly get to our morning swim and evening meals. The terrace was very clean with a hot tub and beds for sunbathing and the room was super comfortable with AC. I would definitely holiday here again!

Negative experience: BAD. First, it's not a hotel, it's a kind of Airbnb, there's no staff to help you with anything at all, they leave you an emergency phone number to call, which I called more than once and it was turned off, we had a problem and tried to contact by call and WhatsApp and I'm still waiting for a response! DISASTROUS GUEST SERVICE.

Negative experience: The location is great, but the cleanliness was the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. On the first night, my partner and I went to bed and everything was fine, but during the night I woke up several times because parts of my body were itching, but I didn’t pay much attention to it. When we woke up, there was blood on the sheets; I thought it must have been from a cut I had on my finger. The next night when we went to sleep, I started hearing the sound of a cricket and got up to find one at the foot of the bed. Later, I woke up like the previous night around 1 AM and felt something on my neck; thinking it was a mosquito or something similar, I ignored it. Around 3 AM (I checked the clock), I woke up again because I felt something crawling on my neck, turned on the light, and to my surprise, it was a mite. I looked it up online to see what kind of bug it was, and I started checking the sheets and pillows, finding the whole bed covered in them. I will attach videos and photos. That night, my partner and I had to sleep on the floor on the cushions of the sofas in the room. I say 'sleep' loosely because we couldn’t rest due to the discomfort and the fact that there were spiders in the room, woodlice, and another new cricket that I had to kill – it was a joke... and they were supposed to have cleaned the room by changing the sheets... The biggest surprise came the next day when I called the number provided by the hotel because THERE IS NO PHYSICAL RECEPTION, it’s ONLINE from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and they told me they were very sorry, and that was it! I asked for a complaints book three different times during my conversation with the employee, and he ignored my request, saying he would speak with management and so on. It’s been 5 days since the incident, and we haven’t heard back. I messaged them again, and they didn’t even reply. To sum up, zero cleanliness, bugs in the room, mites on the bed, a complete disgrace regarding customer service and lodging. It's a shame that Google doesn't allow me to upload videos to the review because I have videos of the mites moving on the sheets and pillows and the woodlice scurrying around the room.

Negative experience: Please, let NO ONE book, it is not a hotel, and if it is, it is one of the VERY bad ones. There is no customer service, there is no one in the hotel, only an emergency phone from 9 to 18, to which they do not answer calls, messages or anything. If you have a problem outside of those hours, you are on your own. The doors have putty and the keys are sent to you as a code which you retrieve from a locker, and if you lose them, they don't respond, so you have to manage on your own.

Positive experience: I will start my review with the positives; Beautifully renovated, kitchen has all you need for self catering, a short walking distance from beaches, shops, supermarkets, nightlife, restaurants etc Spacious room with a place to sit and eat. Although I was very close to the night entertainment I couldn't hear any noise from my room. There is lift access Negatives; Although the rooms looked really nice there is a constant smell of damp in the bathroom. If you like taking hot showers, forget it! The water is warm at most but not consistently throughout the day. I communicated with the staff, they were not interested in doing anything about the water temperature. I have seen other reviews with the same complaint. Check in is at 3PM which is inconvenient if you arrive on an early flight also there is no where secure to leave you luggage whilst waiting for your room. I gave 3 stars due to the lack of customer care.

Positive experience: Hotel well located. Free public parking nearby. Surrounded by shops and bars. Very central. It is a 2-star hotel without big pretensions. The cleaning staff is very friendly. There is no staff at the reception. Changing sheets incurs an additional charge. We found some ants and small cockroaches. Only one of the two jacuzzis is working. The rooftop bar is closed.

Positive experience: super nice room and huge rooftop with sunbeds and jacuzzi. during nighttime a lot of noise from the street, so be aware of that. but this was the only minus, really enjoyed staying there!

Negative experience: I am staying in an apartment that is spacious, the kitchen is large, it has the basics, except for the bathroom. The shower drains poorly, water spills out into the living room. The door is swollen and hard to close. I reported it on the day of my arrival through the Booking app because the phone had no signal, they told me they would notify maintenance, they did not apologize, and 2 days later I still have not heard anything. The sofa is also stuck, but at least it is functional. Disappointing management.

Negative experience: The shower is either cold majority of the time or a little warm. The jacuzzi has hotter water. There is signs that there is reception staff Monday to Friday but only reception is via WhatsApp. Asked so many times to fix the hot water but they said a little warm is fine. Not to sure why a little warm water is fine. Good location but avoid there is better accommodation our friends stayed out that was better and cheaper. Don't waste your time here.

Negative experience: A true shame, lack of professionalism, lack of information, they don't provide options to communicate with them, phones always busy, not recommended, a place to avoid. They are very eager to charge up to 17 days before arrival, their attention is zero.

Positive experience: Cozy, pleasant, quiet... it's a stone's throw from the center and from cafés for having great breakfasts... there is a kitchen in the room and a balcony. They don't have a clothes drying rack, which doesn't allow you to hang up the swimsuit after the beach. The terrace with the hot tub is also very nice.

Negative experience: Run away!!! My stay and the amount paid for it do not correspond, in any way, to my expectations and do not respect the rental contract. Disastrous, aggressive, and insulting customer service!! I even received a message with discriminatory content!!! For the rest, it is not better: dirty and GREEN pool with no possibility to swim during my entire stay (10 days). A totally run-down and damp villa. Major electricity problems with a circuit breaker that trips at the slightest electrical device plugged in. Non-compliant, non-functional, and dangerous equipment. Ongoing works in 2 neighboring villas finished ruining my catastrophic stay!

Negative experience: I had booked a double room with a balcony, but was given a double room without a balcony. When I insisted on having the balcony room, I was informed that there were no rooms with balconies, even though I had had a room with a balcony the previous year. Moreover, the mattress was so worn out that I had terrible back pain. The rooms have also aged, so they already look worn out. The friendliness of the staff is also disastrous; first, I was annoyed via WhatsApp to send my ID, but when I complained about the room, no one was available. So, thank you and never again.

Positive experience: Excellent location, a stone's throw from the sea, the center, and the supermarket, very nice condominium, terrace with jacuzzi almost always empty and very comfortable, super comfy bed, very spacious wardrobe. Perfect air conditioning. The only downside is that there is no drying rack to hang wet clothes from the sea and the shower water alternates between cold and hot.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic. I stayed for a week with my girlfriend. We both really loved it as it is super modern and very well decorated, it's really cool. It's also worth mentioning that everything was super clean. The kitchen and the bathroom were impeccable. They came every day to make our room and change our towels, and halfway through the week they changed the sheets for us. The bed is very comfortable and we were really at ease during our stay. On the terrace, there are loungers and two jacuzzis where you can relax a lot with amazing views. It's definitely worth it and I recommend it 100%. Would repeat.

Fantastic experience: The apartment is perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, and comfort. It has a kitchen, refrigerator... and everything you need to spend a few days on the island. Everything is very new and comfortable. Recommended.

Negative experience: It's a shame because the place is renovated and both the facilities and the room are modern and beautiful, but it's so poorly managed that it makes you not want to come back. They didn't give me the room until 3 PM on the day of arrival, but on the day of departure, they were knocking on the door at exactly 11:00 AM for me to leave while I was finishing packing my bags and going to the bathroom since I had a long trip ahead. The only day they cleaned my room, they left the door open, and when I arrived in the afternoon, I had to check all my things because I couldn't believe it. And the entrance door remains open, so minors sneak in, shouting and making lewd comments, bothering the guests.

Negative experience: On the check-in day, you cannot enter until 3:00 PM, and on the check-out day, you have to leave the premises by 11:00 AM. They have a solarium on the 3rd floor where teenagers around 15 years old sneak in to make a racket in the jacuzzi, as the building's door is always open and they don't have a reception. Very modern and chic but poorly managed, I will not stay here again and I do not recommend it.

Positive experience: Everything looked great, the room was clean, very cozy, the service was optimal... until every night we noticed we had big and small cockroaches as roommates... I urge the owners to fumigate, because not just in the room, but on the rooftop they roam freely... and not just one... but several....

Fantastic experience: My 1st ever 5 star review. The property is exactly like in the pictures which as we know is often not the case. The common area is nice and peaceful and the upstairs terrace is stunning. Would be a perfect wedding venue to book the whole place. Kudos to who designed this lovely property as the small touches are outstanding in relation to design and use of space which is easy on the eye. Value is lovely as is the location in an authentic area. Don't hesitate to stay it's lovely. Communications with the manager/owner was smooth. Jason

Positive experience: Nos alojamos dos noches en este hotel y a rasgos generales la estancia fue satisfactoria, la limpieza de la habitación fue excelente y tuvimos servicio de limpieza los dos días. Es un hotel pequeño la recepción no abre los fines de semana pero te envían toda la documentación para poder acceder a la habitación sin problema. La ubicación del hotel está muy bien pero por poner una pega en la calle del hotel están los contenedores de vidrio y basura y todos los restaurantes de la zona van de madrugada a tirar los vidrios y hay bastante ruido por las noches, quizás deberían mejorar en la insonorización de las ventanas, o solicitar al ayuntamiento que establezca una hora más razonable para el vertido de basura a los contenedores. El hotel no cuenta con aparcamiento privado pero es una zona donde es fácil aparcar.

Fantastic experience: Currently 3 days into a 7 night stay here and can't fault a thing. Annile has been absolutely fantastic. I had booked another property but seen terrible reviews 3 days before I was due to arrive, I emailed reservation and spoke to Annile on the phone, she quickly got me booked in and gave me directions on how to get to the hotel as reception would be closed upon my arrival. The room is absolutely immaculate and has everything you need for a perfect stay, the air con is a god send in this heat! I would highly recommend this property to anybody considering visiting Corralejo, location cannot be beaten, everything you need is within 2-5 minutes walk. Housekeeping staff are brilliant too, room was spotless when I arrived. Amazing!! 5*

La cama súper grande… la pequeña cocina que hay es un chollazo. Destacó también el echo de que no haya basura en el baño, no dijimos nada pero se dieron cuenta y nos pusieron una bolsa de basura. Buen detalle! No puedo decir nada malo de este hotel tan simple y a la vez tan especial. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Buena ubicación cerca de todo y sitio para aparcar!

Fantastic experience: Un alojamiento increíble con muy buena distribución, completamente equipado(a falta de tostador), muy tranquilo ya que no se escuchaban los ruidos de las demás habitaciones. El hotel está genial para pasar varios días. La única pega que pondría sería que el aparcamiento es difícil, básicamente puedes estar 10 minutos dando vueltas con el coche hasta que encuentres un sitio y con suerte. Por lo demás repetiría sin duda.

Positive experience: Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel, superbequeme Betten, mega coole Dachterasse mit Jacuzzi. Einziger Abzug; mitten in der Nacht wird das Altglas etc weggebracht. An der Rezeption sagte man uns aber, dass dies eine Ausnahme gewesen sei.

Negative experience: No es lo que venden a través de booking, lo anunciaban como hotel de 3 estrellas y realmente no las tiene, ni eso, ni es un hotel, es un apartamento en el que entras con código. No hay bar como anuncia y las zonas comunes se encontraban abandonadas. Al pedir la cancelación por no cumplir lo anunciado la denegaron. Quitando eso, la habitación estaba limpia y se encontraba en buen estado, funcionando todo lo que se encontraba dentro.

Fantastic experience: Un excelente diseño convierte un pequeño espacio en un lugar comodo y confortable, espacios exteriores cuidados con esmero acogen rincones intimos con vistas sobre Corralejo. Sorprenden gratamente, las habitaciones, pequeños apartamentos con cocina, baño y rincon de comedor, acompañan una gran cama, convirtiendo la estancia en un instante en la cotidianeidad de tu propia casa.

Fantastic experience: Superb hotel with awesome design and the most comfy bed during our 12 day trip, everything is super clean and the rooftop sunbeds and jacuzzi is a bless. Everything is code based so you don’t need a key to go in and out, super convenient. Location is just 8 min walk to the harbor, all restaurant/bars are in close vicinity (2min to reach the first one). The quality of the stay far exceeds the suggested price, definitely recommended.

Positive experience: Todo fue genial la casa muy limpia y la atención fue excepcional, exceptuando que no pudimos utilizar el jacuzzi por estar estropeado, y algunos bichitos que nos encontrabamos por todas partes, llegamos a la conclusión que eran tipicos de allí.

Positive experience: Aparthotel bonito y nuevo con un toque elegante. No le pongo más estrellas por algunos defectos encontrados, muchos de ellos pueden ser corregidos con facilidad y harían aumentar la puntuación que le doy: la extracción del lavabo no funciona, el portarollos del papel higiénico está roto, hay serias fluctuaciones del caudal del agua (es incómodo al ducharse y se arregla con una válvula termoestable en el selector), entran los olores de las otras cocinas cuando el extractor está apagado, falta un tendedero para secar la ropa de playa o para las toallas, el sistema silencioso de la tapa del wc está roto, el retrete está demasiado bajo y Netflix no carga bien en el televisor, durante las horas de día se oyen muchos ruidos y golpes que provienen del piso de arriba, las ventanas no aíslan bien acústica y térmicamente, las paredes son muy delgadas por lo que se oyen los ruidos de otras habitaciones.

Negative experience: Buena ubicación y habitación... Pero con una cucaracha Ya había sido reportado en otras reseñas por lo que pensaba que estaría solucionado, pero encontré una cucaracha en la cama, lo cual hace que pierda confianza en todo lo demás. He de decir que desde recepción mandaron a echar insecticida a la habitación de forma inmediata, lo cual es de agradecer.

Fantastic experience: Inmejorable!!!!! Si vas a Fuerteventura quédate ahí!!! Súper bonito, súper cómodo (cama 1.80), súper limpio, cuidan cada detalle al máximo, te dejarán ducharte aún cuando no tengas ya la habitación. Con una terraza con jacuzzi, camas y hamacas con súper vistas Súper súper recomendable!!!!! Me voy de la isla súper agradecida y en parte a la gran comodidad del hospedaje!!!!!

Es otro concepto de hotel y a mi mujer y a mi nos ha cautivado por su gusto en todo( yo no soy muy de decoraciones pero aquí alucinas!!!!) Conocimos al dueño(Juan) y ha sabido transmitir lo que es el como persona en un edificio No os lo podéis perder!!!! Ahhhh y la isla de Fuerteventura es un paraíso terrenal

Hemos pasado unas fantásticas vacaciones, todo estaba muy limpio y el trato ha sido muy cordial. Muchas gracias por todo, volveremos pronto y los recomendamos.

Negative experience: La calidad de colchones y sofá es absolutamente inaceptable considerando el precio del alquiler.

Negative experience: Decepcionado, vacaciones en las cuales no pudimos descansar los Colchones estaban destrozados; te clavas los muelles y Te levantas con dolor de espalda. Solicitamos una solución nos daban largas. Conseguimos que nos cambiara uno de 90cm Los otros dos colchones de matrimonio no los cambiaron ( decían que no tenían). No había posibilidad de reubicarse en otra casa . En la zona de la barbacoa no hay luz por lo cual la tienes que cocinar con la luz del móvil. Tampoco hay menaje para poder cocinar, pinzas, mover la verdad que unas vacaciones muy decepcionantes por la casa a la cual llaman villa. Nada recomendable, en situaciones así tienen que solucionarte el problema y no tenerte 7 días sin descansar.

Luces no funcionan tanto en el interior como en el exterior. Falta mantenimiento en la villa en general. Se comentó con la agencia, con mantenimiento y con la persona del check in. Una lástima.
