Fantastic experience: Stefano and I want to compliment this agency and the staff: our doubts regarding the treatment of such a large and famous structure towards each individual client vanished immediately. Even without knowing us personally, they started proposing perfect solutions. Although we indicated a relatively limited budget, they dedicated attention to us, especially the wonderful Monica, and won our full trust so much that we made the purchase only seeing it through video calls: we are very happy with the property, it is exactly as we expected! I was a little concerned about your comment on pressure and i have tried to understand why you should have felt this because our company is not about pressuring anyone, I understand we were selling your property and there was a tenant inside and the completion could not be done because the tenant had 6 months left on their contract , so the purchse contract stated that it was a six moth completion , which was agreed and advised by Nicolas Tan our Business Development Director . I am happy to hear from you personally on any way you feel we could have improved our service and for you to have felt less pressured . Fantastic experience: If you are looking to buy property in Fuerteventura be sure to visit Goldacre Estates. I did in December and by March 2024 had bought a dream apartment in Antigua. I was very impressed by everyone at Goldacre Estates, who were friendly, professional and 'went the extra mile ' at all times. Especially outstanding were Carlos Gonzàlez, who organised property visits and helped with understanding the purchase costs and ongoing costs, as well as Annile Lucia who helped me with arranging contacts at purchase time in February.

Fantastic experience: Having bought our property through Goldacre Estates 10 years ago there was no where else to go when we decided to sell our place in the sun. Positive experience: Unfortunately, they still have signs indicating a house for sale, when you then call for information they tell you it's no longer an item they handle... So I wonder, why don't they take down their sign?

Negative experience: Goldacre is an exploitative company that looks to exploit clients for personal financial enrichment. I called Goldacre because I was selling an apartment in el Cotillo. I called Goldacre first, assuming it would be a good agency as I am foreign and speak very poor Spanish. Agent Nicolas Tan came over to the apartment, he quickly came to an asking price of 135k and pressured me to take offers as low at 110k. Nicolas also pressured me to sign a contract RIDDLED with cost and penalties for certain actions. I did not sign their scam contract. Other agencies went right to work, bringing clients over without need to sign an exploitative contract. Ajana Homes was able to sell the house in a week for 158k, helping me to avoid power of Attorney. I wish I never called this agency and urge anyone working with them to rigorously inspect any contract provided. Nicolas gave me a contract and intentionally tried to misinterpret the contract. Stay far far far away from these greasy hustlers. Working with Nicolas would have cost me 48k euro
Mr Rawe We are not exploitive , yes we do make commissions and the higher priced the property the better the commission is for us , You surely do not want us to publish all the emails and free information we gave you that you did not pay us a penny for .. So please tell me who is exploitive ?? Congratulations on your sale we are pleased you achieved your goals . My team is professional and we do look after all our clients, our clients are explained our contracts which are designed to protect both parties. All owners have a choice of who they list with you chose someone else who actually exploited the buyer of the property by selling an over priced property in our professional opinion.. So there are different views of exploitation.. Do not play with peoples lively hoods we have 18 people who work hard on behalf of our clients , just because we will not take a property on that is overpriced that is and in a poor state of repair it is not exploitation it is realism.. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend GoldacreEstates. We bought a Duplex with them. They are experienced, have the best customer service and a network of specialists from bank to lawyer who speak English or even German. They don’t talk you into buying something. In my case, in fact, they helped me to buy a property they didn’t promote themselves (so they had to share commission with the seller‘s real estate agent) and we never felt a „2nd class client“. I heard a lot of good things about GoldAcreEstates before, but they indeed exceeded our expectations. I would buy again with them anytime! (Maybe in a couple of years, Alex!) Fantastic experience: We decided to purchase a property on the island of Fuerteventura. Not knowing how to go about this we contact Goldacre having read their profile to see what we could do. From the start were outstanding. They contacted us directly by phone to see what we were looking for and when we were likely to visit. An appointment was set up before we arrived. upon visiting the office we spoke to Nic who ran through all the questions we had and answered them all, he had set up 6 viewings before hand so not to waste anytime. Each viewing was thorough not only with the property but the area and amenities so you knew exactly what and where you were buying. They went through the whole process arranging lawyers, notary, bank accounts, maintenance through Room To Breathe, new furniture with Design Emporium. For anyone thinking of buying on the island please contact John at Goldacre who explains what they will do and they will do it. He says his company is a one stop shop and that's exactly what you get. It takes away any apprehension, worry or stress which always comes with purchasing such a large item but I cannot express in words how professional they are. I would without question recommend them and his management company Room To Breathe who are also fantastic. Trust me you will not make a mistake using them. The whole staff are fantastic, friendly, professional. we feel like part of a family now and not just clients.

Fantastic experience: I bought an apartment with Goldacres earlier this year. Initially I sat down with Alex and discussed my budget and roughly where and what I was looking for. There were a couple of places I had in mind; I addition, Alex came up with some other options, which I agreed I’d like to see. A few days later Alex drove me around and showed me the various properties. There was 1 we couldn’t see on our 1st day out, but we saw that one a couple of days later and that was the one I agreed to buy. Back at Goldacres’s office, Alex and John took me over the various costs I’d need to consider for the purchase, but also other ‘running cost’, including likely costs for water, electricity etc, which I found really useful. I was then introduced to Sara who informed me of the various documents needed to commence the buy process. From this point forward, up until the purchase completed, my main corresponds was with Sara. Post completion I did contact John and Sara with a few questions and they always responded in a very timely fashion, which I was very grateful for. I’d like to add that Alex, John and Sara we’re all very friendly and professional and that if I ever decide to buy again, or sell, I would definitely contact Goldacres again. Fantastic experience: Goldacre Estates was the first estate agent I visited recently when looking for a property in Corralejo. A gentleman named Ian helped us with the property search and the following day was able to show us 3 properties, one of them which we purchased. Negative experience: Plenty of choices of houses but it'd loads more over priced than other agencies
Good afternoon Richard Thank you for your review feedback is always good , not sure abou tthe comment about over priced properties, are you saying we have the same properties as other agents at diffrent prices ie more expensivly , this is should not be the case as we have contract with the vendor . It is always useful if you are able to provide examples so we can look and give you a comprehensive response to your commnets. I personaly have not seen that properties we have are more expensive than like for like properties with other agents . Also each property is diffrent and depends what it is coming with etc .. I look forward to your comparisons so i can add more meat on the bone on your commnets. Fantastic experience: We had been interested in purchasing a holiday home and whilst on holiday in August we called in to the team at Goldacre Estates. Very welcoming and accommodating. They arranged at short notice a day of viewing properties with a gentleman called Carlos. He was very friendly, patient and more than accommodating. Not your typical pushy salesman! Once we decided on a property, Carlos and the lovely Vanessa managed to make an appointment with the local bank and introduced us to our Lawyer before we returned home. This enabled us to continue with the purchase from home and with the Covid restrictions the process worked seamlessly. Today we have arrived, keys collected (yet again organised by Vanessa) and now purchasing furniture for our new holiday home in Fuerteventura! I cannot emphasis enough how professional yet friendly the team at Goldacre are. You also know your dealing with a great team when they recommend equally professional and friendly people. Without the help from Carlos and Vanessa at Goldacre, Laurienne at the Bank and my Lawyer Carola this dream in the sun would not have come to fruition. Fantastic experience: We have just purchased our first house in Corralejo through GoldAcre and we have been extremely satisfied with their professionalism, kindness and ability to answer all our questions, particularly from Carlos and Vanessa.
