Negative experience: Just got back from a week's stay here... Accommodation is terrible. Shower drips so had to dismantle shower head to get a decent flow. Beds are old and worn out which creak constantly through the night. The stove was dangerous to use, tried to cook some chicken and ended up getting a shock each time I touched the pan. Sliding doors are not very secure and no air conditioning. Breakfast was disgusting, cold and the portion size wasn't enough to feed a toddler never mind an adult. Pool side food was dreadful, ordered and put straight in the bin. There's a construction site opposite thats constantly putting out loud noises everyday from 7am. There's a constant flow of low landing planes from 6am to 10pm that wakes you up and disturbs the relaxation. Poolside loungers are mostly broken, 4 out of maybe 40 were functional. Location was great, 10 mins from beach or shops and staff being super friendly are the only reason I'm giving this place a 2 star. It's cheap, you get what you pay for.

Negative experience: If you have little money, don't comment on my mistake of coming here. I came because the price was between 50-60€ a night, the worst money I have ever spent. A DISGUST with all the letters, BUGS in the kitchen, inside the furniture, coming out of the hood!!!! To top it off, we called maintenance, if you can call them maintenance, and what they did was spray my kitchen with some insecticide and leave, and how do I disinfect? How do I cook there now? Well, nothing, a waitress came, also if you can call her a waitress, and she brought me a piece of cut towel and a sanitizing spray!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! All this in the room, not to mention the TERRIBLE common areas, the bathroom COMPLETELY RUSTY!!!! The sheets had semen stains or worse, the locks barely open, the terrace chairs if you sit on them you end up on the floor... in conclusion, don't throw money down the drain, spend fewer days elsewhere or if you can't afford it, don't come here, you will thank me.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Alloggio Bungalow Fuertesol to everyone, it is located 600 m from the beach and 300 m from the center of Caleta De Fuste, 10 min from Fuerteventura airport. Very cozy with competent and very kind staff! Clean! There are two pools and a dome with a hot tub, everything very simple ☺️ Rooms: Accommodation with 3 beds including a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Nearby activities: about 300 meters from the center of Caleta de Fuste, so there’s everything! At 100 m there’s the Guaguas (Bus) that goes everywhere as it is a strategic location in the middle of the island, the kilometers between the north and south are the same. Safety: Excellent. Walkability: Excellent for those with walking difficulties, they rent especially small open cars that can be driven around easily. Food and drink: Very good. Important details: Also suitable for children of any age and pets.

Positive experience: Not as beautiful as in the photos. But very quiet. Totally not by the sea, but still close. A bit lacking in hygiene, but okay, it's tolerable, not that bad. It's better to wash your own cutlery, plates, and glasses. They come every few days to collect the sheets. But the lady is so friendly.

Positive experience: Renovated, room and common areas clean, the breakfast very poor. Only two options, English and French. Always the same. People reserve the sun loungers even before the pool opens, throwing towels over the fences, and reserving the loungers for hours, many times they were empty all morning. It is the lifeguard's responsibility to remove them, and he didn't, we had to put our towels on the floor, as all the loungers were occupied by towels but not by guests. Rooms: Clean. I liked that it had a dishwasher, sponge, and cloth. Food and drink: Always the same option at breakfast.

Negative experience: My stay in this apartment was really disappointing. The state of the place leaves much to be desired: the area is constantly under construction, creating unbearable noise from early in the morning and making it hard to rest. Additionally, there is no security at all, which is very concerning. The heat inside the apartment is stifling, there is no air conditioning, and the only option to cool down is a dusty fan that clearly has not been cleaned in a long time. To make matters worse, they require a deposit of €20, which makes no sense considering the poor conditions of the place. Everything was rusty, and in the drawers we found food from other people who had stayed there before, and coincidentally, my partner, my child, and I swam in the pool and all three ended up with a urinary infection... We went with a baby and requested a crib, which was disgusting, with a broken, yellow mattress; describing it as a color doesn’t do it justice, I would invent a color for it. We asked for bedding for the crib, and I don't know what happened but in the three nights we stayed, they brought it on the last day, which we didn’t even use because it smelled dirty!!! In summary, I do not recommend this apartment at all. There are many better options for the same price or even less. Rooms: Very poor conditions.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED. We stayed one night only because we didn't want to sleep in the car. The kitchen was infested with huge cockroaches that came out at night on the countertop, furniture, etc. Very, very old facilities, apartments not cleaned... the worst place we've stayed by far. We mentioned the cockroach issue, and they didn't even apologize. They refunded our money (the least they could do) and wished us well... unbelievable. You come on vacation to relax, and you find this disgusting apartment. We live in the countryside and are used to bugs, but this is just being disgusting, careless, and not wanting to invest a minimum in your business... don't give them even 1€, don't go, they will ruin your vacation and you'll have to find another apartment, wasting time and money. They should be shut down.

Negative experience: It is a very old complex and the apartments are neglected. The area is under construction and, despite the complex being at the entrance of the street, you have to take a huge detour to get to the parking. The value for money is not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Here we are after 2 weeks of vacation writing the review..... Fuertesol has a great potential, very close to the center just 5 minutes on foot, convenient parking, beautiful pool and on-site bar. Welcoming reception and excellent staff, the rooms are equipped with everything like the bathroom, convenient drying rack for drying clothes and laundry for 3 euros, dryer also available. We stayed in cabin 359 facing the pool, and made friends with the cat 'polpetta', I hope anyone passing gives her attention and lots of cuddles accompanied by some kibble. Thank you Fuertesol for the vacation ❤️ Rooms: Normal and equipped with everything necessary with comfortable wardrobes. Pedestrian viability: Suitable even for people with reduced mobility, access to the pool too. Important details: Very convenient location and parking. Comfortable pool, on-site bar, and self-service laundry for a fee.

Positive experience: The towels smelled bad, we told the reception and they never brought us new towels. The rooms smell musty. The beds are super uncomfortable and the pool smells strongly of chlorine.

Negative experience: Very kind staff. The establishment is neglected and old. They changed the towels after 6 days and only after notifying every day. The kitchen is old and many utensils are missing.

Negative experience: My experience was horrifying. Upon arriving at the apartment, the reception was closed, and we had to call by phone and wait for someone to bring the key. Then came the worst part: there was little lighting upon entering the apartment, and the entrance step was broken like stone. Upon entering the apartment, the smell was unbearable; I went to the bathroom and found 2 cockroaches in the room, cobwebs and spiders, and it was very hot in the room. The sheets were all poorly placed; my 7-year-old son makes them better than the ones who did them. The bedspread was dirty and the bed stank, the sofa was uncomfortable, the kitchen was filthy and should not be touched, and the toaster was so dirty and sticky that if you touched anything there, you got stuck. The cleaning of the rooms is very poor; they need to take a cleaning course. If you stay more than a week, they change your towels for worse ones, bringing some that smell worse than sweat. Another day, besides the cockroaches, you find worms coming out of the bathtub, and you see them crawling in the bathtub on the bathroom floor, and so it was for the 10 days I stayed. I asked the cleaning lady for a mop and I’m still waiting; I asked another one, and she said she would ask reception, but they don’t listen to you at all. I don’t recommend it; it’s a place that leaves much to be desired, especially if you’re going with children. The good thing there was the waiter. Rooms: The room was poorly made, and the beds were dirty. It was very hot; if you want a fan, you have to pay; here, you pay for everything. Security: No security; the door to the complex was broken. Darkness, no guard. Food and drink: The breakfast was repetitive; the carton juice, the glass cups were missing pieces and were shattered, and some days the sliced bread was hard.

Fantastic experience: We chose this place because it is in the middle of the island, I think it has a very good location being in the middle of the island if you want to go north you are 50 minutes away and if you want to go south 60 minutes, the only thing I think they should renovate are the bathrooms, other than that it is in a strategic location, since I like to explore I give little importance to the facilities, I am more interested in being able to get to places easily, good beach at Caleta Fuste.

Negative experience: I really don't know where to start, the facilities are very outdated and the surroundings are under construction, making it difficult to access the premises by car. We stayed for 5 days and they never came to clean, not even to change our towels. I have to highlight the absence of security in the facilities, so you always had to keep everything locked due to the risk of thefts, plus, in our case, the apartment was located at street level and neither the windows nor the fences surrounding the complex were designed to prevent such incidents. Lastly, there were worms in the bathroom, both in the bathtub and near the toilet (attached photo), which is just another indication of the poor cleanliness and care that exists in these apartments. Without a doubt, not recommended at all, it is a clear example that the cheap ends up being expensive.

Negative experience: The location to visit the island is not bad because it's not too far away, but the surroundings are under construction. To drive there, you have to take an incredible detour and a little further up there are squatter houses. As for the house... it leaves much to be desired; the smell of old and closed is overwhelming, everything is very antiquated, the dishes were dirty, there are no blinds to block the light, and there are no bars for the windows. The security of the house is non-existent. We will not return.

Negative experience: It is in very bad condition, the pool has no danger signs or rules, they allow smoking anywhere by the pool without respecting that there are children, the mattresses are horrible, the television is laughably small and there is no air conditioning. The lifeguards are useless, you tell them something to make them tell the foreigners to behave, and they ignore everything and don't even know English. I do not recommend it for families with children. Rooms: The mattresses are terrible. The area is always under renovation, it has been like this for years. There is no bar.

Positive experience: I went for 2 weeks with my partner, a quiet place, they clean twice a week as stated, very comfortable for resting, the nearby beach is very beautiful, and there are supermarkets nearby. The only negative point to highlight is that the kitchen is quite slow.

Negative experience: Bungalows with a musty smell from being closed for a long time. Dirty utensils, broken hairdryer, constant dripping toilet, old and uncomfortable armchair.. little security in the bungalow with warnings of potential thefts. Staying in a place where you have to be careful to lock yourself in and keep everything closed is... a shame..

Negative experience: If something is older, no problem at all. Our bungalow was simply neglected, many things were broken. The wardrobes can only be used if the doors are left open all the time because it smelled of damp. In the lower shelves of the wardrobe, the paint is peeling off the wall. The kitchen equipment is hardly useful for self-catering. The pool bar, as seen in the pictures on the website, is very uncomfortable and closes at 3:30 PM. Many loungers by the pool were broken and completely sagging. The sofa bed was an absolute disgrace, just sitting on it one could feel every slat, and in the bed box, there were pieces of foam and an old packaging of cigarette packs. We left prematurely with our two children.

Positive experience: Budget hotel if you want a cheap base it's grand but pictures are well staged as it's not all that when you get there. Rooms are very dated but bright, clean and airy although our sofabed was broken. Your own little terrace is a nice area to sunbathe if you don't want go to pool. None of the sunbeds work though and are all sagged in the centre and in need of replacement. Pool area OK but the roadworks have caused a lot of dust on the apartment site, so will probably will better when thats finished. Bar area needs upgrading and only opens a couple of hours a day, doesn't look like photos but it's cheap for drinks. Staff were friendly. Nice location 5 mins to the shops, 10 to beach but longer on way back as its uphill.

Fantastic experience: I was there in January of this year, I hope to return next winter and meet again the people I met. I thank Giovanni for the treatment I received. I recommend the place to those who are free from commitments during the winter season, thank you and goodbye. Nearby activities: There are several supermarkets nearby, if you don't want to rent a car, there is a bus station very close and the service is excellent, not to mention the proximity of beautiful beaches. Safety: The country is constantly monitored by the police and near the supermarkets there are private police officers. Walkability: There are vast walks along the ocean, part paved but those on the sand are also beautiful, great routes for biking enthusiasts as well.

Negative experience: It was the third time I went to these bungalows, and the truth is they have deteriorated a lot, the cleaning was terrible, there were worms in the bathtub, the plates and glasses were dirty, the terrace was dirty, the toilet bowl was dirty, we stayed for 5 days and they only cleaned once, I won't be back!!

Fantastic experience: It is true that the furniture is not the best of the best, but for the price you pay, you can't ask for luxury. Very satisfied.

Negative experience: The lady at the reception is friendly. Unfortunately, the bungalows are very run down and many things are defective (the freezer compartment in the fridge cannot be closed = unusable, no light in the bathroom, and generally, the furniture is excessively worn. The kitchen equipment is missing relevant items that should be part of a basic setup. I don't know what the cleaning staff does during their work, but they are definitely not cleaning! There were hairs in the bathroom (definitely not head hair), the dishes and cutlery were full of greasy marks and dried food residue. It stinks.

Negative experience: overall only good location, booked over “on the beach” app, 2 adults 1 kid (10years) come to room, have baby bed set up and 2 single bed.. so good that we find sofa bed in sitting room. Mattress terrible.. on single bed and on sofa bed.. INTERNET.. end up paying for my own provider extra so I could use me own internet as this ones almost not working, as seen picture what we added, this on first night what we managed brushing.. just after checking.. WOW.. but self service after first 3 days was good.. but self room floors wasn’t clean.. for last 3 nights was looking something else to stay but I couldn’t as it was extremely expensive.. not happy about staying as we payed for 7 nights with fly for 3 person close to £1000.. it’s. not much money but I did expect little bit better.. thanks

I feel very good, from the optimal location to reach the beach and services, to the hospitality of the manager Giovanni who satisfies me in every request, from the cleanliness of the room, to the pool always open and convenient on particularly windy days. Quality-price! Leave me a free bungalow because I will be back shortly. Negative experience: It is simply terrible, everything is worn out and there is no kitchen equipment. When you ask about something, nothing happens. Stay away from it.

Negative experience: The bungalows are terrible with cockroaches in the kitchen, a strong smell of dampness throughout the bungalow, the cupboards can't be opened due to the strong damp smell, the shower has curtains that are unhygienic. The good thing is the waiters who served us very well.

Positive experience: Don't book the breakfast 2 options English or Italian. English consisted of sausage, egg, bacon, beans and toast. No vegetarian option so ended up with an egg, tablespoon of beans, slice of cheese and two toast. Coffee and diluted orange. Italian was two rubbery " croissants" slice of ham and jam. No cereal, fresh fruit or yoghurt. Room clean and microwave, fridge and toaster spotless. Safe on floor in wardrobe so had to scramble on floor. Major road works outside hotel, huge 20 foot hole right outside, not their fault but no lights at night so had to use torch. Area convenient. All staff great and pool fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Bungalows in a 2* network Very good location - close to the airport, not far from the coast, next to the town center, yet away from the hustle and bustle of dining places and shops. Room with a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom. Equipped with a kettle, microwave, and toaster, as well as a stove. A bit of dishes - just enough for a stay focused on relaxation and outings. Cottages next to each other (in a row), so not necessarily great privacy. Includes breakfast - two types: Italian and English. More - at your own expense. Cleanliness is required, as otherwise the ants will do the cleaning. The pool, cleaned daily - is okay. However, there are no other major attractions for children - you need to walk (5 minutes) to the Center. Currently, there are renovation works on the street - so the access is difficult, although there is a small parking lot nearby.

Negative experience: we got a room with a view of the construction site, the air in the room was stuffy due to the old furniture. The room was not cleaned well, there were remnants of fingernails on the sofa, and the floor was full of hair. There was a worm swimming in the toilet upon arrival. The pool and sunbeds are unhygienic, uncleaned. Kitchen utensils and dishes are unhygienic. The accommodation is suitable for an inexpensive short-term stay.

Negative experience: Dirty, outdated, and filthy apartment with cockroaches and mold. Bad beds and outdated materials. The breakfast is something to weep over. It is not as displayed on the website. A real recommendation against it. There were also heavy works going on in front of the door which made resting impossible and it was unclear where you were supposed to enter.

Positive experience: Brilliant hotel. Very clean and tidy. Beach is within walking distance. Am a single mum with two girls. The only thing that put me off the hotel was a lady there. She had something to do with the hotel she was very rude and abrupt, saying something about why my kids wasn't in school and asking where the father of my kids where infront of them. Which I thought was very rude and uncalled for. In reception. She was having an argument with another lady who was on holiday there. I came away to enjoy myself and it me feel uneasy. So will not be returning

Positive experience: All in all, a good and acceptable bungalow hotel for people who do not have high demands. The breakfast was somewhat one-sided, and the bungalows themselves also do not offer any highlights. The bungalows were partially renovated during our visit but not necessarily modernized. All the information we could gather online beforehand was accurate, so we were quite satisfied and did not experience any surprises. We knew what to expect. The location is really good for exploring the island, and you can quickly reach the beach and harbor on foot ⚓. The furnishings of the rooms are noticeably worn (sofa completely worn out and one mattress) and the kitchenette is in need of improvement. However, it must be said openly and honestly that these 'deficits' are compensated by the really very, very friendly and attentive staff. We felt very well taken care of. If we had a concern, the staff helped us very quickly. In summary, it can be said: Those who inform themselves beforehand and do not have high demands are well off here. I would give a better rating if the rooms were properly modernized, including the sofa, etc. Therefore, on my next visit to Fuerteventura, I would give another accommodation a chance.

Negative experience: I am used to budget accommodation, but this was bad. The shower was either scalding hot or cold, no in-between. But the real problem was the damp... The smell had us coughing as soon as we opened the door. No amount of leaving the doors and windows open could improve it. Every room had paint peeling off of the walls because of it. It's a shame, as the location was perfect.

Negative experience: Very dirty and old apartments. On the night of arrival, the cockroaches ran away when opening the door. The bed had stains and was sagging. The sofa was also completely worn out. The food from previous guests was still in the cupboards and everything was too dirty to touch. The microwave was completely chipped and yellow, and when turning on the stove, the fuses blew out. The lady at the reception was very friendly and understood the shortcomings. The microwave and stove were eventually replaced/fixed but the cleanliness remained very poor. After 3 nights of sweeping away cockroaches, we left.

Positive experience: The bungalows and facility are somewhat dated, and you get almost the same breakfast (Italian or English) served every day. However, we were already aware of this from our previous research, so it didn't bother us. The amenities in the bungalows were sufficient. We didn't use the pool, but it looked quite nice. The staff were all very friendly, which really stood out positively to us. Additionally, everyone here is child-friendly. The location of the bungalows is top-notch. The town and the beach are about a 15-minute walk away. The weekly market (Tuesday and Saturday) is practically right across the street. Positive experience: Lovely place and lovely staff. My issue was I asked to change rooms as they put me in a bungalow that had a building site over the road. The noise didn't bother me its the fact of the dust covering my terrace and I have COPD which there was no way I could have sat there so never used it. They said we have no other rooms yet I seemed to be the only person by the pool and a handful of people passing by. Not sure if I would go back because I liked the place. If I had a different bungalow my experience might have been better.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous. The bungalows are very dated and dirty, not to mention the bad smell. We booked this place as we were to stay 5 nights and didn’t want to stay in a hotel room for the entire time and thought it will be nicer to have a little more space. What a huge mistake! For 5 nights we were given 4x towels only and apparently for any additional ones we need to pay €1.20. Cleaning and changing sheets/ towels only ever happens in every 7 days. The bathroom is mouldy, the water in the shower is either super hot or cold. The kitchen is far from equipped, the microwave and the toaster are very dirty. In the bedroom there’s a built in wardrobe, but there are no handles on most of them. The breakfast is such a disappointment. There are 2x options-English or Italian. We chose the Italian, which has consisted 2x slices of white toast, 1x slice of ham, 1x slice of cheese and 2x miniature pre packed croissants. The latter tasted additives and preservatives. No fruits or vegetables. No cereals or yoghurts. The juice is not fresh either. We ended up going to a local supermarket to buy breakfast. Clearly once slice of cheese doesn’t do it for breakfast… We paid in cash on arrival. Shouldn’t have, as there’s no refund and now I wish we could leave and go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Place is good for old people good location, breakfast misunderstandings You can't drink outside and chat as people ringing police that they are trying to sleep. lol, avoid if you are going on good night out with mates and like to sit outside and chat drink till late

Positive experience: We have been here for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay. Its a nice quiet bungalowpark Basic but tidy rooms and the cleaners come often and are friendly and if you need extra towels or anything ,its instantly there. If we had a question or complain about a bug or something it was solved within 15 minutes. Super friendly staff,especially Antonio from the poolbar.He makes every guest feel at home and important even if its just for making a smoothie Super clean beautiful pool and the guy who cleans it starts very early and is hard working and very friendly too. Walking distance to the beach.shops and restaurants in the area Tnx for everything.

Positive experience: Hello, we are a family from Gran Canaria who went to spend 5 days in Fuerteventura and stayed at this hotel, and we liked it very much. The pool is huge, and there is also a jacuzzi and heated pool. The only downside is that the signal was poor and the wifi was the same. Quality-price 100/100.

Negative experience: Three days ago I had the opportunity to be in Fuerteventura and stay at Fuertesol Bungalow. I would like to comment that the place is very quiet and the staff is very attentive, but the apartment has many shortcomings and needs repairs. The bathroom is in bad condition, the armchair is hardly usable, and there are a few more issues. With some renovations, it would be great.

Fantastic experience: The hotel is very large with many little houses and the paths are quite tight. The pool is big and nice, and they keep it clean. There is a solarium, jacuzzi, and another heated indoor pool. The little house is not big or new, but everything works and it is cozy. In the little house there is: a bedroom with two beds; the bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, a hairdryer and mirrors; the living-dining-kitchen with a TV, a sofa, a small table, a dining table and 4 chairs, a sink, a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and an electric stove - everything works. I recommend having breakfast at the hotel - it's very complete and it's all very good. The hotel is quite close to the beach, the area with shops and restaurants, the bus stop, and the highways to go anywhere on the island. Rooms: They are independent little houses with their own bathroom, terrace, and kitchen. They had everything necessary. Nearby activities: In the area closest to the beach there are many shops, restaurants, pharmacy, car/bike/scooter rental companies, and everything you want. Food and drink: The buffet breakfast is very complete and everything is good.

Positive experience: It is very well located because it is close to everything but in a very quiet place. The pool is large. The apartments in general are fine.

Positive experience: The place is great, with shops and beach nearby. The service is quite good. But the bungalow is very small and heats up easily, and given the fact that they don't have any air conditioning or fan, we end up with an oven on an island that is already hot as it is. Other than that, everything is perfect. Rooms: They don't have air conditioning and it's very hot. Nearby activities: Cannabis association, beach, shopping centers, recreational areas, and all of that is between 5 and 18 minutes walking (depending on where you go). Security: Little security, the main door is always open and if you don't lock everything, it's very easy for someone from the street to rob you.

Negative experience: Terrible place, I do not recommend staying here at all. Be very careful with your belongings, they came in at night while we were sleeping and took our bag and wallets, along with all the documentation to be able to return home, more money, and valuables. The reception didn’t care at all, it’s something normal that happens. The noise from the planes is horrific, they pass right above you. The atmosphere is shabby and looks like a hippie commune. There are not only bungalows for rent, but there are people who live in them permanently. If your idea of a trip is a party and squeezing 8 people into a 3-person apartment, this is your place!!! Don’t hesitate and rent it. Security: 0 security, no security cameras, no guard at night, reception closes at 8 and there’s not a soul left, other than the guests. Important details: Be very careful with your belongings, they are dedicated to robbing tourists.

Negative experience: THE WORST place I have ever stayed in my life. It's not worth paying less to stay here, and I think it's expensive for the state of the facilities. When we arrived at the apartment, we were overwhelmed by a terrible smell of chemicals that didn't go away until the second day (and we ventilated for hours). They were supposed to have cleaned, but I think they just used strong-smelling products because there were SPIDERS everywhere, cobwebs on the shower curtain, which was super dirty (and the shower was so disgusting and so old that I showered with flip-flops). Very little dishware or kitchen utensils and everything that was there was dirty and sticky. It urgently needs repairs. They put some modern wooden furniture to disguise it, but they haven’t changed the rest of the furniture for at least 100 years. The only saving grace was the reception staff who were kind and let us check in early.

Negative experience: We are very disappointed... We came from Lanzarote from an apartment that was at the same price (!!), which didn’t have a pool but was right on the beach. Here, behind the door that didn’t close properly, we were met with a horrible stench that was unbearable, only when all the windows and door were opened. Everything was old, dirty, and broken (and what lived in the sofa, I don’t even want to know)... Insects, ants, and worms (?!!) coming out of the shower pipe... The kitchen giving electric shocks just by touching it. The kids got shocked several times when they wanted to change the movie on the laptop that was charging... What was all around was under construction, garbage, feces,... it just gives a worse impression - but I understand that this is not your fault. One star for the pool and the friendly staff. But everything else was horrible, no less.

Negative experience: Bad choice, very bad experience. Cleanliness 0, very strong body odor, there were COCKROACHES!! We left 40 minutes after arriving, at night, with a baby... the crib we were given was in terrible condition and also smelled of cockroach insecticides, regrettable. NOT RECOMMENDABLE. P.S.: The only good thing was the refund.

Positive experience: We stayed from Saturday to Monday for 113 as a couple with breakfast included. The breakfast itself isn't worth much, but it saves the morning. The Italian breakfast consisted of two toasts, a milk bun, a slice of cheese and another of ham, a mini jar of jam and another of butter, juice, and coffee or tea. The English breakfast had a toast cut in half, another mini jar of butter, two sausages, two slices of bacon, beans in sauce, and a fried egg, a typical English breakfast. The rooms were quite good, although they smelled a bit bad, probably because they were closed, I understand. They had a kitchen and a terrace with hammocks. The parking was great. It was next door and there were no problems parking at any hour. It is close to the beach, and if you want to go sightseeing, it is truly the best option.

Negative experience: The two nights we spent were terrible, the entire exterior of the complex was under construction (which they didn’t inform us about), the apartment literally smelled of humidity... the beds were a disaster, more noise was impossible... the breakfast... very bad..... and the pool ...... large, with a nice color... blue... but I almost lost my skin from the chlorine they had put in, the bathroom ... and the kitchen... lacked cleanliness, I do not recommend staying there at all... they need a complete renovation.....

Negative experience: I arrived on Monday the 10th at noon with my partner and our 5-year-old son. That same day at 9:30 PM, the lady next door to my bungalow came to the window, insulted us, and threatened to call the police if we kept talking on the terrace... 15 minutes after that confrontation, the police came. The next day after the incident, I went to reception asking for explanations and offering to change rooms on the spot. They told me it was impossible to change rooms at the moment, then they said they would talk to that lady because it wasn't the first time something had happened with her. On the third day of staying in the apartments, while touring the island, the receptionist called to warn me that if anything happened that day, he would call the police again because the lady should be sleeping in a vacation bungalow by 10 PM. My partner and I were perplexed to see what was happening. We made sure nothing happened that day, and to avoid problems, I took my 5-year-old son out on the street until 1:30 in the morning. Then we spoke again at reception on Thursday, and they offered to change our room. I refused because we had offered to change on the second day, and they told me that wasn't the solution. I refused because I wasn't going to spend the last two days packing up the apartment to move to another one, losing nearly an afternoon in the process. To top off our terrible week, on our last night in the apartments, the police came again, not just once but twice in the same night. I couldn't take it anymore. On Monday the 17th, I got up, prepared our things to leave, but first I went to reception and explained what happened that night. I expressed my great disappointment in having spent the worst vacation week ever for my child, my wife, and me. I asked for the owner, GIOVANNI, to speak with him. He tried to evade the problem, pointing fingers and selling out his employees. In the end, I left feeling terrible and threatened with being reported to the police just for asking for compensation for our worst vacation week... etc., etc. The two ladies and the gentleman at reception were the best part of the stay, thanks to them. The worst part is that they should really reconsider having that GARBAGE BOSS. Important details: The owner Giovanni is the worst person that hotel has; he throws his wonderful employees under the bus, who have treated us very well.

Negative experience: The apartment itself leaves much to be desired... worms in the bathroom, a damp smell in the wardrobes of the bedrooms and kitchen, damaged furniture, etc. There were 3 adults in the apartment and someone broke in while we were inside... the worst part is that when the civil guard arrived, they explained to us that it is something VERY COMMON in the area, that they have already reported the complex to improve security because there have been several complaints. No one was able to warn us despite it being a recurrent situation to be more careful during our stay there. Their employees are not to blame, they helped us as much as they could and we feel sorry for them. But we do not recommend it to anyone, especially now with the feeling of insecurity and fear that we left with.

Negative experience: What good is it to be beautiful on the outside if you enter the apartment and suffocate from the heat, if you go to the bathroom and it looks like a pool with the water on the floor, if there are cockroaches both outside and inside the apartment. The breakfast they give you is quite shabby. We have slept 3 nights and only came to clean the room 1 day. In short, it has been a disappointment to stay here; luckily there is a pool and the staff are friendly.

Negative experience: A terrible experience. To provide context: on the first day we arrived, we checked in, and when we tried to cook or turn on the water tap, dirt came out. Later, we had a plague of huge ants; I'm attaching a video. The only solution they offered was to change our room, even though we wanted to talk to the manager. Nobody helped us. In the second apartment, there was a cockroach infestation where I will also attach a video. I killed at least 10 cockroaches. We stayed for 6 days trying to talk to the person in charge or the manager, and no one showed up; they only changed our room, which we were not going to do anymore. They ruined our vacation; we couldn't even sleep in the room and almost slept in the car out of the distress it caused us. They still haven't given us a solution, and I'm not going to stop until this is resolved as it should be. To anyone reading this review, I recommend not staying in these apartments because it will turn your vacation into a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic budget hotel. We went self catering and bought food from restaurants or the local supermarkets, bungalow had small cooker rings, pans and a microwave with a toaster and kettle. Coin operated washing machine available and clotheslines on every bungalow. Very close to the beach and other attractions. Bus depot 5min walk away, takes you to airport, hospital and the rest of the island. Bungalow was clean, bright and had everything we needed. Was cleaned during our stay and towels replaced. Lovely and approachable staff. Brilliant pool and bar on site. Would be nice for the pool to have an option of a non smoking area. Smoking wasn't a problem on the patio of the bungalows but would be lovely to have a section for smokers by the pool, away from non smokers. I would highly recommend for a cheap and cheerful get away to Fuerteventura outside the school holidays. We did 5 days but would happily stay for longer next time. Hoping to return soon. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Quiet except for the aeroplanes! Clean and well maintained bungalows. Easy to access the main area of caleta and right next to the marketplace (Saturdays and Tuesdays). Have to read the message on the door after 8pm for check in but very easy to find and all ready for you.

Fantastic experience: I loved going fuertesol stayed many times unfortunately since the refurb they attached dining table to the walls by back door made it really hard to get my mobility scooter inside to charge, they do have some rooms with no steps but unfortunately cant guarantee you get one also removed the drawers so nowhere to put your smalls hence the 3 stars on rooms

Positive experience: TRANQUILIDAD ASEGURADA, PEERO: tiene cosas buenas y regulares; la piscina bien. 1- los bungalos necesitan un poco de mantenimiento, pero esta aceptable 2- si tienes problemas con tu espalda, las camas no son las mejores (trae tus pastillas para tus dolores) 3- los desayunos nada que ver con las fotos que el hotel publica NO MERECE LA PENA PAGAR POR ELLO, tienes restaurantes muy cerca para desayunar bien 4- El parque infantil súper descuidado. 5- aire acondicionado no hay( no me quiero imaginar en verano como sera la estancia), Un detalle que no nos habían dicho, era q las personas de limpieza entraban a limpiar cuando no estás ( podrian avisar en recepción de este detalle), mi esposa se l@s encontró un día que salimos y volvimos por algo q se nos olvidó. Detalle aparte: el zumo de naranja natural, ni en este hotel y creo q en toda la isla no existe jejej

Fantastic experience: Winter sun holiday to see in the New Year for 2023, weather was perfect, a sunny and welcome 22 degrees on average with a bit of a breeze, no mosquitos at all (welcome bonus), great shopping and bars. Fuerte Sol apartments (one bedroom bungalows) are adequate, clean and provide a good base, had to ask for a kettle as there wasn't one in the room (delivered straight away), also the toaster broke (was replaced immediately), the back door didn't open (was fixed within 2 days as it was weekend), towels changed every couple of days, hairdryer provided, no tin opener, tea towel or dish cloths though, would still highly recommend as a budget place to stay (not far away from beach and shops etc) only 5-10 mins from airport (approx 15 euro for a taxi to fuerte sol apartments)

Fantastic experience: Ottimo soggiorno a metà luglio, personale simpatico,disponibile e cortese. Il mangiare è a buffet ed è molto buono e vario. Le camere sono ordinate e comode. Il tutto a circa 12 minuti a piedi dal cuore di Caleta e dalla spiaggia.

Ottimo per qualità prezzo. Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato dal 3 al 14 novembre scorso, vacanza stupenda. Consiglio: andare e provare, sicuramente ritornerete come ritorneremo anche noi.

La camera sempre molto pulita ed ampia, il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, reso tale dalla gentilezza infinita del personale, dello chef e della proprietà sempre attenta ai particolari ed alla cura del singolo cliente, ci hanno coccolato dal primo all'ultimo giorno, sempre disponibili e gentili. La colazione molto varia, curata e di qualità. Pranzo e cena con ampio buffet di ottima qualità Abbiamo trascorso momenti piacevolissimo di relax anche sulla piscina scoperta e quella coperta di acqua calda. Positive experience: We (my two kids + my brother and my nephew) had a lovely, value-for-money holiday here. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was absolutely super for the price and the pool perfectly adequate for our needs (and clean!) The accommodation is also good for the price. Little bungalows with a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and a sofa bed. Each one has a little terrace with sun loungers and patio furniture. The reception staff let us store our luggage until our rooms were ready when we arrived. I didn't give Fuertesol 5 stars for the following reasons: - It has seen better days, which is normal, so for example the playground was a bit run down. Luckily there are plenty of playgrounds around Caleta de Fuste so it wasn't a big deal for us. - I asked for an extra pillow. Twice. It didn't arrive. My brother, in the bungalow next door ended up not having any towels because the cleaning staff forgot to replace the ones they took away. - The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. - There wasn't enough shade around the pool area/a lot of the sun loungers were broken. - No air conditioning. But honestly, I'm really glad we chose Fuertesol for our holiday. It was great overall!

Positive experience: Apartments are bit dated but very clean. We had an issue as bedroom door somehow got locked from the outside and we couldn't open it but it was quickly fixed - bit scary though when you stay with a toddler as we had to keep bedroom window open in case he locks himself. Apart from that - you get everything that you need from holiday place. Location is great, very close to beach, shops and restaurants. It was quiet at night and no one was disturbing us. Breakfast was very very tasty, I'd love to see some more Spanish food though. The big issue for us unfortunately was lack of highchairs - we had to eat with a wiggly toddler on our laps and taking parts to eat - not easy to feed yourself and him while holding him at the same time - very disappointed with this. Shame as he actually liked the food just like us. Pool area was very nice and clean. Reception very helpful.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff on the checkout, took us a while to find entrance as its located on the bottom of the road but we got taken to a bungalow straight away. Very clean, and tidy and more spacious then you would expect. Only downside was no aircon so quite humid inside. Would definitely come back. But be aware these bungalows are straight over the incoming flight path of airport so can get loud through day

Positive experience: Complejo de apartamentos turísticos, situado cerca de la carretera de circunvalación que recorre la isla cerca de la estación de guaguas. Buenas instalaciones en parte renovados, tiene una amplia piscina y dentro cocina.
