Negative experience: There are countless apartments for rent and for sale on the site, but most are already sold or rented; they don’t speak Italian. Additionally, it says long-term rentals, and then you call and they tell you they don’t have any except for 3 months!!! So why write it at all!!! Just to respond to the meaningless justification!!! Fantastic experience: Caroline and Martin Bliss are working hard for their clients. We have sold our property with their help and the service was more than excellent. Because of health issues, we could not travel to the island. But that wasn't a problem for Bliss Properties. They worked hard and got a sale for us. Should you not speak Spanish, Martin will help you with all the paperwork and deal with the Spanish authorities on your behalf. Fantastic experience: Five stars are simply not enough for the time, commitment and professional attitude of Martin and Caroline. From the very first contact and a spontaneous meeting with Martin we were consistently supported not just through the entire purchase process but also afterwards. Signing the contract was not the end, but just the begging of our nice experience and taste of life on this sunny island. Caroline provided us with a list of shops to buy furniture and Martin was always available with recommendations how to fix stuff in the apartment. He even brought me all the tools and materials when I had to fix improperly sealed toilet shortly after moving in. Martin is reliable as a Swiss watch and yet very calm and relaxed. It was our first property buying experience in Spain and it turned out to be a very positive one. I appreciate working with competent and honest people. Positive experience: October 2017, just completed on an apartment purchase in Corralejo through Bliss. The apartment owner has made the purchase deliberately difficult and longwinded but Martin and Caroline have been on hand and very helpful to speed things up. Response time to emails in particular has been excellent and I will have no hesitation in using them again when my boat comes in and I can afford my dream villa in La Oliva.
