Negative experience: Given the few positive comments about this agency, one could believe that the agency has paid them. We made an appointment on 21/12/2020 after a call from the so-called manager named Lucio, with an appointment time in Puerto del Rosario for 23/12/2020 at 2 PM sharp. We had to travel because this person did not give us the impression of wanting to move himself and did not ask us to do so. But let's overlook the little interest shown towards clients. We arrived in Puerto del Rosario after 50 km by car, since we were coming from the south of the island, at 2:00 PM as expected, in front of a house that serves as an office. A lady 'receives' us on the doorstep and calls the person with whom we had an appointment. We pass him the phone, and he directly tells us that he forgot the appointment. Said bluntly, Italian-style, it really leaves a very bad impression. So allow me to say that these people who supposedly come to work on an island like Fuerteventura have nothing to do here. Especially since his lavish presentation of his agency and his life story left us quite contemplative about the character without humility. So my advice: Keep your distance from this agency. And my conclusion is very simple, when you start on the wrong foot, what happens next? Ask yourself that question well ...
