Negative experience: Fatal, Mrs. Georgina manages a rental apartment of my partner (since we live on another island). We are told that the tenants have water bills to pay, that they do not pay the full monthly rent, they pay when they want.. And when we try to contact her, she neither answers WhatsApps nor calls, ahhh but if the tenant wants something, they definitely request it. Her management is awful. I do not recommend her.

Negative experience: No atienden bien. Anuncian una vivienda en una zona ( Caleta de Fuste, zona turística), y realmente está en Nuevo Horizonte ( zona deprimida y con casas ocupadas), mucho ojo.

Se ocuparon de adecentar la casa y hacer las reparaciones necesarias ya que yo vivo en la península y no podía encargarme de ello. Surgieron algunos contratiempos con el Ayuntamiento y Hacienda y los solucionaron con mucha rapidez haciendo así posible la venta. Me mantuvieron informado del estado de la vivienda y de la venta en todo momento. Muy recomendables.
