Fantastic experience: Herr Arredondo (Phoenix Mallorca) hat sich nicht nur um den Kauf an sich, sondern auch um alle Kleinigkeiten davor und danach gekümmert, vom Gärtner über den Internetanschluss bis zu der Vermittlung eines Anwalts. Die Kommunikation war sowohl telefonisch als auch per Whats App oder Mail immer sehr schnell und freundlich. Fantastic experience: Antonio helped us to sell my fathers apartment which Involved solving a number issues as my father was unwell and unable to travel . He went so far above and beyond his remit to help us including arranging to meet and supervise workmen to carry out repairs , contacting the Utility companies to find out what was due and what had been paid , sorting out legal issues , translating various emails from the community which were in Spanish and much more.As I had no idea about any of these matters I really can’t thank him enough for the excellent way he looked after us and he was an absolute delight to work with.I would thor recommend him to anyone .
