Negative experience: Disappointing Experience with Lietz Immobilien! I recently bought a property through Timo Lietz and the experience was very negative. From the beginning, the real estate agency showed a lack of professionalism. After charging a considerable commission, they stopped communicating properly and did not provide the promised assistance. Worse still, after the purchase, I discovered numerous 'hidden defects' that were never mentioned, despite specifically asking about the condition of the property. These issues have resulted in significant additional expenses and a lot of stress for my family. Therefore, we are going to initiate legal action against Lietz Immobilien, Fara Homes, and the property. In summary, I would not recommend Lietz Immobilien to anyone. Their lack of transparency and professionalism has made this experience extremely negative. I hope Lietz Immobilien takes note of this criticism and improves their practices for future clients.

Negative experience: Absolutely unfriendly! We had an appointment for a viewing. We arrived 10 minutes late, and he told us that other clients were also able to arrive late. That is absolutely unprofessional for a €4000 rental property! Also, a very unfriendly and unpleasant guy.
