Fantastic experience: Normality and good practice in the daily management of community issues. Always attentive to providing service. They are consistent in handling claims and nothing is left undone by the property management.

Negative experience: Company is nothing serious. Awful service with community problem management. If the workers last only a short time and the communities disappear, there's a reason. The only thing they are good at is collecting their fees. That says it all.

Fantastic experience: I have had several experiences with them and all very satisfactory. They have always been attentive and quick to solve problems.

Positive experience: Without a doubt, the best property management in the entire area, everything fast, on time, and with a smile. Perhaps they should teach classes on how to do things right to others who claim to be administrators.

Fantastic experience: Great team of professionals, the people who are currently working here. They are solving all the problems left by the previous one. I hope it always continues this way.

Negative experience: Some managers that neither manage nor attend as they should, debts in the community of unpaid gas and electricity due to lack of management. And misinformation about absolutely everything with lies. I don't remember worse managers than IPS.

Negative experience: A bunch of incompetent people who charge for not managing absolutely anything in the community and on top of that, they always resort to lies and deceit. In our building, they even cut the electricity service because these incompetent people forget to carry out their duties.

Negative experience: Bad managers

Negative experience: Unprofessional, terrible management. They take the money without doing anything, well yes, failing to comply with everything that was supposedly contracted and disobeying direct orders from the community president.

Negative experience: Poor community management. They don't solve any problems. They simply focus on noting expenses on a piece of paper but not on managing them or addressing incidents. The community administrators are the ones who have taken care of managing the real problems. Not recommended if you don't want to lose money.

Fantastic experience: Very happy and satisfied. I hadn't found such professionalism and empathy as Beatriz's in a long time.
