Negative experience: If you are going to sign a contract with this woman, please, BE CAREFUL. Read absolutely everything carefully. Besides not following the law, she applies the laws that she likes and according to what suits her, something that, if we follow the BOE, is reportable, but well. According to this woman, the laws applied in Euskadi are not like those in Spain, (now it seems that Euskadi is not Spain and I haven't realized it), when obviously the laws she MUST follow are those decreed in the Official State Gazette. We asked her several times to follow the current laws regarding housing and leasing, even when we were being advised by lawyers, but according to this woman, the correct law was the one she was applying and she didn't provide us with further explanations, not even responding when we asked her which law she was referring to. Shouts, bad faces, uncomfortable responses, we felt like she was treating us like fools. The treatment we received from this real estate agency has been terrible, we have never felt this way. It's a constant arrogance and she repeatedly conveyed misleading information, every day she told us something different. I don't understand how she can have good reviews. Honestly, I found her to be very unprofessional, it makes me sad that people sign contracts with her in which they are being deceived. For that reason, read the laws or seek advice, it doesn't cost that much and in the long run will save you money.

Negative experience: I think she is a super rude and unprofessional person. I called her on a Monday to see two apartments for rent. I was in a hurry to take a course. She promised to call me back. She didn't. I contacted the owner of one of them and it turned out that the real estate agency had sold it without notifying me. I am not from there and I traveled from Logroño to see the other one. When I was at the door, she called me to say she had left, with no chance for me to say anything about how it went, it had barely been 15 minutes and she said she wouldn't call me again. Luckily, I managed to settle the issue with the owner directly. After almost 4 years, she replies to me here. Unbelievable.
