Negative experience: Por desgracia la experiencia con ellos ha sido muy mala. Un año después de firmar la reserva de una vivienda de obra nueva y tras no contestar a mis mensajes durante meses me comunican, vía whatsapp, en un mensaje de 3 líneas que no se va a seguir adelante con el proyecto. Tras contactar con ellos como intermediarios entre la promotora y yo, según de autodenominaron ellos desde el primer momento, para que se me justifique un motivo para la rescisión unilateral del contrato deciden volver a ignorar mis mensajes y no contestar a mis llamadas. Solo he pedido por su parte ayuda para que se me de una explicación tras un año de espera. Pésimos profesionales pero peor calidad humana ante una situación así. Si buscáis confianza y ayuda con la ilusión de la compra de vuestra primera vivienda, como era mi caso, no os los recomiendo. Negative experience: Bad experience: They were the management for the buyer part of my house in Guadarrama. The experience is not recommended at all. On my part, I put in a lot of goodwill by giving time for the deposit contract and for the signing. There was always talk about the need for a precarious agreement on my part in a three-party buying-selling process, which I was not respected at all, and I was not informed that it wouldn't be provided to me. I had to pay for a hotel and furniture storage. I felt mistreated by their management, and they didn't show their faces. I called them, and they didn't pick up the phone or respond to the messages.

Fantastic experience: We came to know Capital Home after starting our search through idealista. The first time we scheduled an appointment with them, we met Adolfo, who from the very first moment put himself in our place and empathized with our situation. The first house didn’t work out, but after a while, he followed up with us until we found the house we have today and even advised us on financing with them, with Sergio, to make the process easier. A service we accessed. Always attentive and aware of the questions we might have and explaining every detail. In the end, our buying process was lengthy, 3 months, partly due to the seller being inflexible on a few things and partly due to the process itself. There may have been times when there wasn't 100% communication between the parties, but it was eventually resolved. The commission is a bit high, especially for tight budgets, but the support and attention are appreciated.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, I visited a chalet in Mejorada del Campo, we agreed on a price, the owner said 'YES' on TWO OCCASIONS, both the 'yes' for the offer and the 'yes' to reserve, therefore, the real estate agency sent us documentation, we happily signed the reservation as a family marking a significant milestone of the OWN HOUSE, however, when it was time for the owner to sign, after indicating 'yes' to us twice previously, she retracts because she received a better offer. Beyond the lack of ethics and empathy from the owner regarding 'her commitment', which was more than once, there is a lack of negligence and professionalism from the real estate agency because the seller should have signed first and then manage the buyer's signing.... I feel sad, disappointed, upset, and angry to have gone through this, which is a very important matter for a family longing for their own house.

Negative experience: We are very sad. We were going to buy a house in Collado Mediano. The experience from the beginning with them is questionable. On the first visit, the guy from the real estate agency arrives half an hour late, and when we meet with his financial advisor to talk about mortgages, he keeps us waiting for an hour as well. But despite all that, we like the house and continue with the buying process. After signing the contract of promise to sell and paying the 3000 euros requested to formalize the purchase of a property, waiting for the deposit, they cancel the purchase because they managed the offers in parallel with other clients and finally chose the others. Now we are waiting for the return of the doubled guarantee, as stated in the contract signed by both us and the owners, but the disappointment we have experienced is priceless.

Fantastic experience: Llevábamos un año intentando vender nuestro piso sin éxito.
