Negative experience: Not recommended this real estate agency. Little professionalism, poor advice, no real communication with the client, they just tell you everything is fine darling and do not inform you of the real situation, they deceive you, they made us lose the money from the deposit due to their malpractice!!! They justify themselves by trying to turn the tables saying that it is your fault, when they are the professionals and should advise you properly. They are only interested in making money and do not think about people. And to make matters worse, if you do not want to continue with them, they get angry, insult you, and threaten you when you are the one who has lost your savings thanks to them. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEIR SERVICES!!!

Fantastic experience: I am very happy I have spoken with Pedro; Rubén and Raquel. I found what I was looking for and the service I received was top-notch. Raquel has been available outside of working hours. For me, she is a sweetheart; approachable, kind, and affectionate. I recommend them 100%.

Negative experience: Not recommended. Rubén, their manager, is arrogant and rude. We tasked them with selling a family house and, after almost two years on sale and a mistake on their part reviewing the documentation we provided (which was their responsibility under the agreement for which they received fees), we had to postpone the signing. We were understanding with them and set a second day to sign, resolving the incident ourselves. That day, Rubén showed up with manners more typical of a caveman and decided to question us and treat us like fools in front of the buyer, pointing out in very bad ways that the mistake was ours (a lie) and that thanks to him we received the money we received (well, throwing it in our face that he did his job). We had to ask him to leave the room. Thank goodness his colleagues have the decency that he lacks. This way, he will have to ask his employees to give his terrible real estate agency 5 stars.

Negative experience: I give it one star because I can't give NONE. The management has been catastrophic, to put it mildly. To summarize, we made a deposit contract on June 7, 2021, for the purchase of an apartment. And after 2 years and 8 months, in the end, it was not completed. They started selling an apartment that was not registered in the name of the seller, and we told them at the time of signing, and they said it's normal, it will be resolved in a couple of months. I received a call last May and have been waiting for a response until this May, because I called. Because the seller ended up selling it to someone else. NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL.

Negative experience: The management has been disastrous and they have not managed to complete the sale within the agreed deadlines, over three months promising a set date that then was not honored. The worst part is that they try to involve you in their problems and do not realize that we are clients who seek to sell a house under the agreed conditions and not to hear about their issues. In short, their lack of professionalism is their problem. Not recommended for such an important task as selling a home where you seek seriousness and efficiency.
