Negative experience: The phone service is shameful, it feels like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. To make matters worse, she didn't even know what she was talking about; it seemed like I understood more than she did. She should keep her bad manners to herself; I will never recommend this real estate agency.

Negative experience: Very little information compared to other real estate agencies without prices, etc... you have to spend a lot of time for minimal information... advice: selling = ease of info

Negative experience: Really shocked at how the have treated a client of theirs. A single lady bought a house from them which was supposed to be her Spanish dream. But was told the house would be cleared as it was jam packed full, not just of rotten old furniture but even old crockery, glasses, bottles, pictures. Their client has just moved to Spain and is a single lady. 5 large van loads of waste furniture was removed from the house. The lady is obviously quite shocked and really upset by this herself and it has spoilt the experience for her :-(

Negative experience: DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY (THEY LIE EXPLICITLY). IF YOU NEED TO GIVE A DEPOSIT, MAKE SURE YOU GIVE IT TO YOUR SOLICITOR, DEFINITELY NOT THEIR'S OR ONE THEY RECOMMEND. THEY FAIL TO KEEP THEIR SIDE, EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE DOCUMENTED PROOF VIA EMAIL OR TELECOMMUNICATIONS.

Negative experience: After the sale fell through we have been trying to get our holding deposit back. Our solicitors have tried and they seem to have ignored them too. They tell you you will get deposit back we have message's saying this but as of yet this has not been returned Please don't fall into this trap.

Negative experience: They refuse to give the documents that inform you about the property. Dodgy way of dealing, skip them. Update: This was not a 'general enquiry as you could have known. You were also not willing to send these documents to my lawyer. Your 'property specialist' did not give me a good impression either. Not answering questions, not willing to even provide the address for a viewing.

Negative experience: Dreadful and unethical service. Having viewed a property with another agent they tried to make me buy the same property through them after I had looked at other properties. They told me it was not a problem as all agents collaborated with each other and shared commissions. I have since found out that this is not true, what a disgraceful outfit!! plus their commission is far higher than the other agents. An absolute disgrace from a company that claims to be the leading estate agent in Andalucia. Taking business away from smaller yet far more friendly, knowledgeable and personable people who are honest with it. Please, please steer well clear

Negative experience: Their slogan is 'Your in safe hands' nothing could be further from the truth. We trusted them to be true to the reserve agreement and when they failed they did no have the decency to return our reserve fee in total. Instead the kept back the fees that the seller should have paid for. Do no part with your cash to this company. You will be lucky if you see it again!

Negative experience: Inland Andalucia is a real estate agency that is not trustworthy. They tried to sell us a property in Mollina, for which we signed a purchase contract and gave them and the sellers money that we still have not recovered after 5 months. They hid the truth about the conditions of that house; we have pictures and proof of what I'm saying. No one has told us anything, only the neighbors warned us that the house was shifting from side to side due to a foundation problem, and the cracks in the back are also not visible from the terrace of the house. They deserve nothing, I mean below 0.

Fantastic experience: When we found suitable properties on Inland Andalusia's web site in October 2015, Paul was instantly on the ball in arranging viewings for us during a visit to Spain. He was impressively thorough whilst driving us round, making sure we saw the town as well as the properties. We had an offer accepted within 2 days of our visit, and the whole process was amazingly smooth. The office sorted all the Spanish red tape for us, and even after acquiring the property this Feb 2016, Susan & Victoria are still available to help with any after sales like domestic bills, bank accounts etc. We'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone contemplating a Spanish purchase.

Fantastic experience: Our family bought a couple of properties through Inland Andalucia, 7 years apart. Both times it's been a great experience. Raquel who leads the shop in Alcala La Real is always on top of things, and she is very savvy about the local market. She and her team are extremely helpful, friendly, and helped us navigate the all the Spanish bureaucracy when buying a house. Highly Recommended!

Fantastic experience: We first started viewing property with this company in 2020 , Paul showed us various houses and provided excellent service he tried his hardest to help us get mortgages and was extremely patient with us. Finally in June 2023 we completed on a house that Paul showed us. We didn't have a great deal of contact with anyone else in the office but anything we needed was always quickly provided. ( And on 2 occasions we did have deposits returned when we couldn't get mortgages). We wouldn't have any hesitation in using this company again.

Negative experience: I made a exculsif contract with them for the sale of my country side off gird house in Loja because they only want exclusivity. After 4 month i didn t receive any visit or interss or questions for the house. Then i want to stop this exclusivity and at that time after sending an email, sending SMS,,sending skype message, giving a call to tell them that i want to end the exclusivity i get no answer from nobody of the team. They sill haven t confirm me the end of exclusivity. I found this real estate really unpersonal. One persone receive the request. An other come for the visit and take pictures and video but the most important want to have the sign contract for exclusivity. Almost not leave without a signature.It will be a 3 person who have never seen the house before who will show it. And when you like to end the contract you contact nd send the letter to every body and not a single answer. They look professional but it seems more that it is a show. I m not sure that they publish my add un all the pages they promise to advertise to have the exclusivity. I don t rencomand them for the saling.it should be the good moment to buy such kind of house with no invoice and only 65euros of anual tax. Negative experience: Not worth the one star. The rudest and most unprofessional service we've ever had. Failed to acknowledge complaints and once they had their commission, refused to communicate with us or even our lawyer. If you must use them triple check everything! We would never use them for anything.

Negative experience: Sadly I have to give a star for this as there isn't an option to give a no star rating. We purchased a house through the this company from their branch in Mollina. Their agent Paul dealt with the purchase. Ours was a little different as we took out a rent to buy contract which gave us 2 years to pay for the house. We always stated though we'd pay the balance during this summer. We needed contact with them for a longer period than if we'd bought the house outright. Whilst everything was going fine with the purchase we didn't have a problem with Inland Andalucia but once we started to have problems one being the utility connections and we started to pick them up these everything changed. They refused to have any contact with us from then on and never responded to our emails, messages or address our concerns. They retained €2000 from the seller to pay for the utility connections but we ended up having to pay for the electricity connection ourselves and the refused to reimburse us. If you take a rent to buy contract be very careful. Until you pay the balance of the house your contract is a rental agreement and the seller is responsible for certain things which this company ignored. As the house had been empty a long time We had to pay a lot of money to make the house habitable before we could move in. We later found out from our lawyer that the seller should be responsible for this work as they are your landlord until you finalise the purchase. Unfortunately we tried to contact the manager Sue but sadly she refused any contact with us as well. This company lost us a lot of extra money and we may now have to re sell our house to try to get some of it back. Our lawyer told Sue that we might have to re sell and her response was "I don't care and I wouldn't take the house on for sale because I can't stand the pair of them" So if you use this company be very careful Triple check contacts because they word them sneakily Don't use their lawyer. We changed from theirs to our own after several issues at the beginning of our purchase. We recently found out that their lawyer was acting for the seller too which should have be disclosed to us but wasn't. If you make a complaint to them Their aftercare is non existent. You have been warned !

Negative experience: Awful service from rude and ignorant staff especially Hayley. I only ever bought houses as they failed to ever sell any of the 5 houses I registered with them for sale. Client confidentiality doesn’t exist again especially Hayley and includes the owner Graham which again is extremely unprofessional and wrong. They are very pushy and expect you to buy the first house you see. The last house I bought they even charged me €1000 euros commission which should have been the sellers responsibility but being a Spanish seller they don’t like giving anything away which comes to my last point they charge foreigners a much higher commission rate than the Spanish which is wrong on many levels. I personally would not recommend and if you do use them be cautious..
