She has processed all the necessary documentation to be able to sell the apartment and even came today in person to the signing to ensure that everything was going as planned. Therefore, my rating for Kapitalia real estate and Daniela in particular is 10. I couldn't be happier with the service received. That is why I recommend to all interested in buying, renting, or selling properties, to hire their services.

Negative experience: To be honest, I hadn’t planned on leaving any review. But given the situation, I’ll do it. If you wish to buy a property with Kapitalia Ontinyent, be clear that they will always side with the seller. The buyer provides what they pay, right? Then, at the moment the money arrives at the accounts, they will always side with the seller, leaving you, for example, with damages in the property that weren’t there before. And what a surprise, you have to pay for and fix those. Since they will side with the seller, both Kapitalia and the sellers will take the full six months to claim if we had a defect, and look, we saw it as soon as we entered. And when we went, that defect wasn’t there. Neither Kapitalia nor the seller solved the issue, ignoring the law. To claim 23.99 that was owed to the owner, we missed that, yes. But to fix the damages they left, no. Think twice before buying something from them; they leave you hanging.
