Negative experience: If what you are looking for is a serious company that pays attention to the customer and advises you, this is not the right one. They did not fulfill what was agreed upon; we were the first to see the apartment and to be interested. After asking for a day to manage the process as soon as possible and not waste anyone's time, we found out, thanks to our insistence, that the owner decided to sell it to someone else. Excuse me? Then why is it listed with an agency? They, as a company, should ensure that the process is carried out clearly and appropriately. It has been a tremendous disappointment; we thought we were dealing with professionals and a serious real estate group, but it has not been the case. Therefore, we will never use their services again and will let our close contacts know. Hopefully, Mayte, you act as requested; as you mentioned, you didn't want to waste time if the mortgage was denied, well, in the end, you made us waste ours. For the owners and for the agency, one must be demanding; for the clients, it seems that anything is acceptable.

Once we gave it, they did not meet the expected timeline to give us the apartment (it took another month) and we would call the salesperson or text her on WhatsApp, and it would take 2-3 days for her to get back to us.
