These guys are amazing, both Germán and Marcos were attentive to all our concerns and never spared time and effort to keep us informed throughout the process of buying our little apartment in San Martin del Rey Aurelio. It was an online purchase through visits and video calls from the other side of the Atlantic, and we finally got to shake hands in a clear gesture of endless gratitude. Highly recommended. Negative experience: A terrible real estate agency, a horrible treatment. We are a young couple and we tried to rent a bar with this agency. They made us gather a thousand documents, go to the bank, it was a nonstop paperwork process for absolutely nothing. They are so unprofessional. They showed us the place, the next day we told them we wanted it, and they started delaying with paperwork, saying they would contact the owners during the week. At no point did they put us in touch with the owners. Initially, when we went to see the place, they asked for a deposit and one month's rent; the next day they were already asking for a bank guarantee. We called them to request the documents we needed, and they said they would get back to us during the week, but those documents never arrived. A few days later, we called and they told us it was already rented. They seem very unprofessional, and it was especially because of homophobia; they should see a psychologist and get help. The truth is, that doesn’t make us any less because of our sexual orientation. I wouldn’t recommend them at all; honestly, I wouldn’t even give that agency a pen to sell, it’s pathetic that people like this still exist.

Negative experience: An unpresentable and rude person is Germán, the owner of this real estate agency, who started with lies from the very first moment. We contacted about a plot whose advertisement said the entrance was 100m away and that it had a storage room of 40m. When we started talking, he told us that we had to walk quite a bit to get to the plot, and we asked him why the ad said only 100m. He then started to tell us no, that there was a long path that was much more. Later, the storage room where he changed what the ad said, and it's no longer 40m but 6. In other words, he is already lying in the ads. But then we told him that we were interested in a plot in Asturias and wanted to buy, and if he could find us something. At that point, he told us to search ourselves. It was then that we asked him if he didn’t want to work much, and he responded in a very rude manner, 'I am the manager and I do what I feel like,' and immediately hung up. This is the attitude of a mediocre 'businessman.' If you are going to look for something, consider that a person who already lies in their ads cannot be a good real estate agent, but if they also show such attitudes… each person should evaluate where they are going to leave their money.

I recommend El Entrego for a second home and I am very happy; as a primary residence, it is a very good place, there is a health center, shops, restaurants... and at the same time, you can walk around the nearby villages or go to the beach even by train.

Negative experience: I think it is very unprofessional. I liked a house and to make a formal offer I had to leave a deposit. I was told it could be 500 or 1000 euros, and the more, the better because it showed more interest in the purchase. I chose to leave a deposit of 1000 euros and the document was formalized, of which I attach a photo. Although they did not accept my offer in writing, I eventually verbally accepted the counteroffer, but when it came to signing, the signing was delayed for one reason or another, and although the contract specified that everything was to be bought with all the furniture, later I was told that there were some pieces that the owners were going to take, precisely those of greater value. The fact is that in the end, for all those reasons, I backed out and of course lost the 1000 euros despite it not being a formal purchase agreement yet... but the worst of all is that as a good professional, it would have made sense for them to offer me more houses to see, but that was the last news I had from this agency. They took my money and I never heard from them again. I don't know if they live off selling houses or keeping their clients' deposits. Not very recommendable from my experience. Better to look for another real estate agent.

Fui a informarme sobre un piso de algo menos de 400 € de alquiler y cual es mi sorpresa cuando este señor me dice que para poder acceder a ese alquiler tengo que tener una nómina de 1500 a 1800 € "por que también hay que comer". ¿Este señor que come caviar iraní todos los días? Alucinante. Cómo haga con todos los clientes lo mismo...

Negative experience: Deja mucho que desear. Solicite ver un inmueble y para hacer una oferta has de pagar una cantidad. Cuál es mi sorpresa cuando encima compruebo que han modificado el precio del inmueble y lo han subido 3000€ en la web donde se publicitaba.
