Negative experience: A story turned into a nightmare when renting an apartment with these people. We made a reservation for a rental which already involved a significant outlay of money. After a week, they tell us that they haven't been able to clean the apartment and that they will discount money from the first month. After two weeks almost of renting, both an employee and the owner of the apartment call us, their tones are not pleasant at all. They try to make us pay a penalty of 200€ for switching service providers. None of this was reflected in the contract nor was it discussed. As if that weren't enough, we have been in the apartment for two weeks and still do not have the signed contract in our possession. Moral: If you are going to rent with these people, if you have no other choice, record any conversations you have with them and ensure everything is put in writing.
