It’s not a typical real estate agency; I would define them as a Comprehensive Real Estate Consultancy. I say this because they take care of absolutely everything. From the capital gains tax to changing utilities like electricity and water, etc. In short, you walk through the door, they advise you with arguments about the selling price of the properties (although the client is free to set the price) and you forget about all the paperwork. I believe the best thing that can be said about anyone doing a job is that they are a professional. These people are PROFESSIONALS IN CAPITAL LETTERS.

Negative experience: The service was good in quotes (I say this when it's convenient for them). For what interests them, we had a bad rental experience because due to personal problems, we didn't have all the money at that moment, but I, as their daughter, managed to get the missing part for them. Even with all the money, the owner says no and doesn’t provide an option for another rental just because the owner backed out (the owner or them), leaving the doubt... Instead of providing other opportunities, they shut the door on a married couple who urgently needed the apartment (or any other apartment they have for rent). There was no empathy at all, but as I always say, life puts everyone in their place... Oh, by the way, we are no longer interested in any apartment with you; I already found one at another real estate agency that is worth it. I was mistaken when I told Ramón that I didn't believe in real estate agencies; there are still some that are worth it, and I give one star just to give some...

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con esta inmobiliaria es muy negativa. Alquilamos un piso y desde el minuto uno tuvimos problemas. Nos dijeron que era de una forma y resultó ser casi todo lo contrario... Nos intentaron cobrar casi el 100% de una factura de luz que solo nos correspondía una parte, tuvimos que asesorarnos varias veces con un experto inmobiliario porque no me cuadraban algunas cosas que ellos nos decían aplican las leyes segun conveniencia, el trato de uno de sus trabajadores en especial, pésimo. Pusieron muchísimas trabas para devolvernos la fianza. Depende la persona que seas, te tratarán de una forma u otra... Relacionado con la contestación recibida en esta reseña , nuevamente no dicen la verdad al cien por cien, pero bueno. Para lo que les interesa si eran seis meses lo que estuvimos y para otros casos sólo cinco meses, en fin... cada cual que juzgue.

Estoy en total desacuerdo con su opinión, porque la agencia desde el principio ha intentado mediar con ambas partes en los conflictos que surgieron con dicho inquilino, cuando su trabajo finaliza en el momento que se formaliza el contrato de alquiler.
