Negative experience: On the part of the real estate agency, I have nothing to say, very professional. But the review is to warn about the owners of Avenida Poble Nou 108 number 6. They gave us the house dirty although honestly we didn't pay much attention to it. When we were leaving, they charged us from our deposits for a simple general cleaning, in addition to deducting for the use of the property since after a year, naturally, there were some damages, these from simple use. Besides all this, the bills were in cash and it took several weeks to return the little that they returned.

Negative experience: De lo malo lo peor, mejor buscar cualquier otra opción como arrendador o arrendatario. Mala educación, racistas, discriminan por edad, malas formas ect… vamos que peor imposible. Ya saben lo que pueden hacer con su inmobiliaria

Negative experience: Mi hermano quería alquilar un piso con esta inmobiliaria, le comunicaron que para poder optar la la vivienda tenía que reunir ciertos requisitos, tales como: una nómina adecuada, temporalidad laboral… etc, mi hermano reúne estos requisitos de sobra, ya que tiene buen sueldo y una temporalidad adecuada en su empresa. Pero han preferido dejar el piso sin alquilar porque parece que el color de piel o la procedencia no les gusto, son muy maleducados. Completamente vergonzoso

Negative experience: Una tal Maria Jose, una incompetente, antipática, mentirosa, va de sobrada y te mira por encima del hombro como si fuera la marquesa la hp sinvergüenza, etc etc, no recomiendo esta inmobiliaria y a esta panda de desgra......

Negative experience: Nos han engañado. Muchas palabras pero pocos hechos , prepotentes y nos exigían hasta hasta casi la partida de nacimiento. Muy mal.

Como arrendador totalmente aconsejable, ya que una vez alquilado realizan un seguimiento muy profesional y se preocupan por mi relación con el arrendatario. Alguna vez han realizado de intermediarias con un mal inquilino con una gestión excelente.

Negative experience: Después de concertar una visita en uno de sus pisos en alquiler, al visitar el inmueble varias de las características mencionadas en el anuncio eran falsas. A pesar de ello al mostrar interés en el alquiler cumplimente y entregue los papeles. A los pocos dias al ni haber oido respuesta me puse en contacto para seguir el proceso a lo cual se me ignoró, a las semanas volví a ponerme en contacto con ellos a lo que se me volvio a ignorar. Al ver la poca educación y profesionalidad de la inmobiliaria les comenté mi descontento a lo que respondieron con faltas de respeto reiterando así su poca profesionalidad. Si quieres un buen acompañamiento a la hora de buscar piso por descontado no cuentes con esta empresa de impresentables.
