Negative experience: Precaución! Está empresa nos vendió un piso recién reformado por ellos en 2019 y al año nos llegó un requerimiento del ayuntamiento porque la reforma era ilegal al haberse realizado sin licencia. Además no había posibilidad de legalizarla porque varios elementos de la reforma eran contrarios a derecho. La empresa se lavó las manos y nos daban largas tanto desde el servicio de postventa como desde el departamento legal, alegando que la responsabilidad era nuestra al ser los actuales propietarios (cosa que lamentablemente es cierta), mientras que el ayuntamiento nos amenazaba con multas y hasta con la demolición de las obras. Finalmente tuvimos que costearnos un abogado de nuestro bolsillo y tras varios recursos hemos conseguido que prescriba el caso, aunque tras muchos agobios y mucho dinero invertido en el abogado. Hemos esperado hasta este momento para escribir la reseña por si Clikalia se dignaba a asumir la responsabilidad en algún momento pero no ha sido asi, por lo que la escribimos con el objetivo de avisar a futuros compradores. Por otro lado destacar que las calidades de la reforma eran pésimas (a pesar de ser visualmente vistosa) y en estos años hemos tenido múltiples problemas de humedades, fugas de agua, mal aislamiento, grietas, etc. Durante el primer año vinieron a hacer un par de arreglillos pero a partir de ahí se desentendieron y nos ha tocado arreglarlo a nosotros. Aunque esto es algo que ya esperábamos dado que este tipo de empresas se dedican a reformar lo más básico posible, no imaginábamos tal chapuza (y mucho menos que además fuera sin licencia).

Negative experience: The after-sales experience with the company Clickalia has been very disappointing. We bought a property from them a couple of months ago. The apartment was completely renovated by this company. When we wanted to use the heating, it did not work due to a poor installation of the smoke evacuation duct. They have completely ignored the problem and assured us that the installation was correct. The external installer we had to hire and pay to solve the problem argued and confirmed that the installation was neither correct nor in accordance with current regulations. We have not been able to get Clickalia to take responsibility for this problem in any way, which is why we do not recommend this company at all, as they have refused to resolve the issue with them.

Negative experience: I put the worst review for this online auction or sales company that has its poor salespeople running from side to side and with bad advice on top of that. I was looking to buy a house and after talking to this salesperson, whose name I won't give to avoid harming her, her manager gave an okay for a purchase amount. I reserved and then they didn't keep their word. It's a shame that EVERYONE KNOWS THIS. BE CAREFUL WITH THE HOUSES!!!!

Negative experience: I was called on August 22 to visit an apartment in a municipality of Cádiz. They forgot to bring the keys. They made me leave work for nothing in the end. Today, September 19 (after I called the real estate agency), they told me that the apartment was sold a week after August 22. It is definitely unprofessionalism and shamelessness made real estate.

Fantastic experience: I visited an apartment in Madrid with Katherine and although it ultimately didn't match what I was looking for, I would like to highlight the professional treatment I received from her. The company gave me a lot of trust.

Negative experience: Terrible property managers. They recently acquired the apartment above mine and hired negligent workers for the renovation who broke the building's rainwater drain, causing dampness in all the lower apartments. We have been reporting the damage for weeks and they are not addressing it. Additionally, the quality of the renovation is very poor, so whoever buys the apartment will have to incur extra repair costs.

Negative experience: They have done some work next to my house and all I see is botch after botch. The window that faces the interior courtyard is smaller than the existing space and you can see inside the house above the shutter. After realizing the mistake, they covered the interior with plasterboard but the window remains the same with the thermal bridge that it entails. Unbelievable!!

Negative experience: I had scheduled a visit and, having to come from afar, they called me 2 hours before to cancel it because it turns out the advertised apartment was already reserved.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, abusive practices, they hide information, and include clauses in the contract that you are unaware of until the moment of signing. Get a lawyer NOW if you are in proceedings with this company. Do not pay anything and of course do not sign anything with them. All the bad reviews I read back then are true, I didn't want to believe it and I started negotiating the purchase of an apartment, I have wasted time and money.

Negative experience: Don't buy properties from this company, they are shameless. I bought an apartment that supposedly had no charges, and the day before going to the notary to sign the purchase, they tell me they couldn't get the proof that the apartment was free of charges, telling me a story... when in reality the apartment had a debt with the homeowners' association of more than a thousand euros. The next day, after 2 hours at the notary and after threatening me that if I backed out of the purchase I'd lose my deposit, they finally agreed to pay the debt the apartment had with the association (but of course they made it seem like a favor...). On the other hand, the apartment door had no lock, so they offered me a lock installation service. After talking to them and telling them the type of lock I wanted installed (charging me the full amount before the change), they installed the lock they wanted, the cheapest one available, charging me a fortune… and to top it off, less than a year after the lock was installed, it broke. After 1 month of calls and emails, they answered with an email saying they won't replace or fix it because since it was installed a year ago, there's no warranty... In short, don't buy any property from them or use any of their services, they are very dangerous crooks.

Positive experience: I rate it 4 because on the same day of the virtual visit, a man called me saying that he had to cancel the visit and I had to reschedule it myself because they had a connection problem. After that, Katherine joined, she was very kind and helped us with the rescheduled appointment and explained all the things we had doubts about. For her, 10/10.

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with Clikalia has been absolutely disastrous. From the first contact, it has been a series of incompetences and lack of professionalism. I called several times to schedule a visit to a house I was very interested in. First, I was told they weren't scheduling visits, with no clear explanation. Even so, I insisted and made it clear that I wanted to make an offer. The response? That I had to call again, this time pressing number 3 to speak with the mortgage service, because apparently, no one in that agency is capable of transferring a call internally. Absurd! I called and called, but they never returned my call, despite taking my details and promising to do so. Two days later, the listing disappears. I call to inquire about the house, and with total indifference, they tell me it has already been sold or reserved. Incredible! After a week of insisting, it turns out they are selling it without even giving me the opportunity to make an offer. What infuriates me the most is the total lack of professionalism and the terrible communication. It's shameful that a real estate agency operates this way. If you value your time and want to avoid frustrations, stay away from Clikalia. I have never had such a bad experience with an agency. It's an absolute disaster!

Negative experience: Alejandro García is attending to us very professionally and kindly. We are very happy with the service and the renovations of the apartments we have seen. I edit a year later because since we bought the apartment, it has been a collection of disasters. The financial intermediation they offer, in our case, provided us with worse conditions than those we managed to get ourselves (and in fact, we got the mortgage elsewhere). With the disadvantage that in some banks their request was submitted first, and we directly lost the option of the other avenue, and furthermore, they told us they had contacted all the banks we were interested in, but later it turned out that this was not true, and we were no longer on time for them to make us an offer when we contacted them. Another important fact is that we signed an earnest money agreement in July, and they refused to extend the period until signing beyond the legal minimum, despite the fact that the banks themselves warned us that mortgage evaluations moved slower in summer. Regarding the renovation, the quality is questionable. They have had to fix some finishes that were incomplete, the electrical installation, and now we have been waiting since the end of May (a month and a half) with the air conditioners... out of the four we have, 2 do not work at all and still do not work after they have come to fix them about 6 times, the other two cool, but they leak water and wet the wall, the furniture, etc. The phone service is very good, but the fact is that they are not solving anything and we have been waiting a month and a half to be at home when they notify us (always at the last minute) that they are coming to fix it, arriving at least an hour late each time and without achieving results. I share all this because I would have liked to know it before buying. I hope it is useful to someone.

Negative experience: If you decide to buy an apartment from Clickalia, be prepared to enter a world abusive both with the contract, to which they will certainly not allow you to contribute anything, and with all their actions. If for whatever reason you want to visit the property once the reservation contract is signed, they will not make it easy for you at all because it is supposed to be a rule that once you sign the reservation contract, they cannot show you the property anymore. If you tell them that you don’t want to continue with the alarm they have in that property that they supposedly renovated, and which you thought looked great and beautiful, they will leave you with a horrendous plastic cover to cover some holes from an alarm that they remove in a hurry while you are at the notary signing the deeds. Check the bathroom partitions carefully that they present so attractively because they are poorly installed and completely loose. Also check the door frames as they are poorly done with two silicone spots, and surely the day you arrive excited to move into the house, one of them will fall. And of course, be prepared to abide by all their many rules if you want to complete your purchase successfully. And above all, pray that you don’t have to deal with the lawyer Alvaro, who is a donkey with blinders. I wish you good luck; for us, who helped my daughter with the purchase of her home, it has been one of the worst experiences we’ve had.

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give less. We had an appointment to see an apartment, my partner, their uncles, and I. We requested the corresponding days to be able to visit the property with the money in hand since we had decided on that apartment and the agency, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, changed the dates a week later notifying us the day before... We were a bit disappointed with the news and the little time they gave us to notify. After those days, they got in contact again, the day before again, to change the date again 12 days later, which made us start questioning the professionalism of the company and the work disruption this causes for four people. Finally, we received one last call, of course the day before, saying that the property has already been reserved, so I strongly recommend that people not be fooled by this company CLIKALIA, as there are others that are much more professional, qualified, and honest. Thank you for opening our eyes and in the future, OBVIOUSLY, we will look for other platforms. What a shame about the star given...

Negative experience: A true disaster, I RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The process is tedious, unnecessary, as we don’t need anything, complicated, I hope... and after going through a calvary, the purchased house has a thousand issues, poorly done renovations, and a thousand problems.

Negative experience: Save yourselves the trouble of searching for an apartment with them if you are waiting for financing; they don't schedule 'virtual' visits if you don't have the cash. They won't let you see the apartment because it is still being renovated, but they also don't want to waste their time with you if you don't have money for the down payment yet.

Fantastic experience: My name is Antonio, and on May 13, 2024, my daughter signed a mortgage to buy an apartment with Clikalia, everything was fine, I even left a positive review for the company, but I did not count on the TERRIBLE POST-SALE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY, DISASTROUS, FAUCETS THAT DO NOT WORK, A/C THAT DRIPS AND FILLS THE ROOM WITH WATER, DEFECTIVE ANTENNA SOCKETS, AND WITH VERY LOW SIGNAL, FOR WHICH ANTENNA AMPLIFIERS MUST BE INSTALLED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST, A BUNCH OF SLAPDASH WORK, and the pitiful thing is that all they do is give my daughter the runaround, who still has not had her problems resolved after the construction. After almost TWO MONTHS, THERE IS NO SOLUTION. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A HOUSE WITH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY, CHECK THE RENOVATION DONE WELL, AS YOU MAY END UP WITH A SURPRISE.

And, of course, there are no responsible interlocutors with names and surnames. Those they designate only provide first names, as if they were unrelated to the company. A total bluff!!
