Negative experience: Awful service from the woman. Nervous, rude, and lacking empathy. Unreliable. They live off the seller, but they not only don't appreciate it, but quite the opposite in favor of the buyer! Once and no more! Let's see if you realize that without the seller you are nothing!

Negative experience: One star, I can't give less. I called this agency to rent a house, ref 1509 or 1510, I'm providing the references in case the owner reads this. The owner doesn't want to post more photos, okay, when can we visit? The owner asks to wait until September, the house is rented. Okay, can we be shown around to see if we like it and wait until September? No, the owner doesn't want that. In the end, the person who answers the line is not friendly, telling me 'that's how it is!' This lady makes a selection; I don't think she likes foreigners living here. Ma'am, don't forget that it's the clients who make you live. Foreigners or not, money is money.

Negative experience: They do not show up for the appointment they schedule for you, nor do they inform you that they will not come, and when they finally answer the phone after 1 month, they tell you that it is already rented. Terrible.

Negative experience: M’ha ates una noia súper borde, res profesional. M’ha penjat el telèfon sense acabar la conversa… gens recomenable.

Fantastic experience: Bonjour, ça fait 8 ans que ,je connais l’agence immobilière « GRUP TRÉS ». Je n’ai jamais eu un seul problème, bien au contraire. Gumer et Carlos sont de vrais professionnels. Negative experience: Mi experiencia es la siguiente, hace tres meses me alquilan un piso, a los veinte días me enteró de que el piso es un embargo y a salido a subasta, a todo ésto se me requirió el primer pago en metálico y previo pago de la comisión de la inmobiliaria sin recibo, el cual requeri en varias ocasiones sin éxito a día de hoy, se me entrego una copia del contrato solo firmada por mí y mi marido, a la espera del contrató supuestamente firmado por el arrendador que nunca llegó, a día de hoy me llega una notificación de que el Inmueble es de SAREB, todo un despropósito por parte de esta agencia, que se desentiende, e tenido que contratar a un asesor jurídico y no descartó emprender medidas legales por esta mala praxis ,me alivia que no es una compra, es un alquiler, no todo vale hay que ser profesional y legal

Fantastic experience: Great agency and amazing customer centric service! We were worried about buying a flat in a foreign country (Spain) and during the Covid era, but the team at Grup 3 managed the transaction with such professionalism, honesty and dedication that everything seemed easy and smooth. We love our flat! I cannot recommend Grup 3 enough if you are interested in Sant Carles de la Rapita and the Delta region. They know the place in and out and can use their experience and network to find the best deals.
