Negative experience: Bad choice of the Inmo, there are thousands better, we would never come back, they regretted not having read all the documentation, the price of the apartment had to be lowered and of course their commissions, we had to urgently call our advisor, it was a pack of wolves, to the employee to put her beards to soak and we don't like you calling us darling, we have our names. GOODBYE!!!

Fantastic experience: Carmen and María attended to us. Both of them really understood what we were looking for from the beginning, and in the end, we purchased a property with them. They were very attentive and willing at all times. On several occasions, they came to the property with us for various matters we wanted to assess, and they never showed any difficulty (which is not the case with other real estate agents who have little patience and want to sell quickly without listening or trying to understand the client and their needs, even though it is going to be one of the most important and expensive decisions of their life...). Fantastic experience: I bought an apartment through them that had a bureaucratic issue. Carmen was constantly attentive to ensure that the problem was resolved and the purchase could take place as soon as possible. She and her team did an excellent job.

Negative experience: Not recommended. Not professional at all. Bad practice and they deceive everyone.

Negative experience: They are smoke sellers, not trustworthy and they lie. I do not recommend this type of people to anyone.

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with the services of this real estate agency. We sold a property through them and thanks to their 'management', we ended up losing €19,000. One of the actions was presenting us with a simple note, which supposedly was a part of the property for sale, that affected the sale price. In the end, it turns out that the story they told us was completely false, and we ended up losing a significant amount. Carmen initially treated us very well, as if we were the clients, but then, of course, we were not since the commission was paid by the buying party. In the end, actions are much more convincing than mere words, and I have to conclude that the final treatment has been terrible and we feel scammed and ignored. We would not recommend them at all.

Negative experience: In reality, it would be -1 star. I would never recommend them; they present themselves very well at first, like great professionals, but it’s all marketing. They try to negotiate behind your back for their own benefit, they don’t face you, they don’t take care of the property, and when you discover their manipulations, they treat you badly.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, we found the dreamhouse and paid 1.000 eurs as a reservation, only to find out later that is was never even possible to get a mortgage for the property, as it is a rustic property, they should know this since they are the business of selling. We tried many times to reach Philippe Messier ( He gave himself 5 stars, see below ) we wanted our 1.000 euros back, which we never got, and he ignored us. Very unprofessional

Negative experience: Lo peor. Jamás volveré a esa inmobiliaria y a tratar con Carmen que es una incompetente y una jeta. Además trata a sus empleados fatal. Nunca más con esa inmobiliaria. Mi puntuación es menos 0.
