Negative experience: To start the rental, there was no problem, but now when I'm leaving they want to charge me for the dust bunnies left in the window rails and the dirt under the washing machine, when I left the flat cleaner than when I entered, reupholstering the chairs that were disgusting (upholstered with my money) and since I left one unupholstered, they want to charge me for that too. They are shameless, in short, they don't want to return my deposit, making up excuses.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with this real estate agency. After several years living in one of their apartments and paying each monthly payment on time, they do nothing to reclaim the deposit, having left the apartment cleaner than when it was delivered and including improvements paid by us in the furniture, such as reupholstering very dirty chairs and fixing them because they disassembled among other things. They argue that the deposit is not returned due to dust accumulated on the window rails and dirt under the washing machine, all of this several months after leaving the property. Truly shameless.
