Negative experience: Incredible!!! Run away!!! A bunch of shameless people!!! Gregorio and Yeiza. I left a deposit (1000 €) and signed a contract for a garage purchase. They told me they were negotiating with the seller and blah, blah, blah… time passed, and I was informed that the seller is no longer interested. They have wasted my time for more than two months, and I find out that the garage spot was passed to another Tecnocasa and that it is already sold. Amazing!!! I contacted the headquarters via email, and the only thing they know how to tell me is that they are sorry for the bad experience. What a bunch of scoundrels!!! Now they tell me the same thing again!!! That they are very sorry…

Negative experience: We don't put it in the negative because it can't be, what a lack of information. They don't answer the phone and provide absolutely absurd responses. After waiting 2 weeks and seeing it reserved, giving the money, and after going 4 times in those 2 weeks, on the last day, they tell us it wasn't a reservation but a proposal, that there were other interested parties who had given the 'proposal', that in those 2 weeks we could have looked for another apartment and that they would refund our money without any problem when at no point in those 2 weeks did they tell us that. Moreover, we informed the girl that we were missing out on apartments while waiting, and she told us: 'The non-payment insurance takes a little while, you have to wait.' Which was not true because there were other people. They made us lose 2 weeks with only a week left in the month, fully knowing how the market is; they are a bunch of scoundrels. We have always rented apartments through real estate agencies (Redpiso, Maqueda...) and none had ever done this to us. I do not recommend Tecnocasa at all; I will not return even if it were the last option.

Negative experience: If you read this, run away... I totally advise against this agency!! My experience and my husband's has been like science fiction; I never believe there has been greater incompetence from a real estate agency, and everyone we tell this to is shocked: 3 months of waiting for a sale after giving our deposit to start negotiations with the owner, which never happens because the owner doesn’t want to sell (we find out about this at the end of the story), while the branch manager of Tecnocasa, Gregorio, is unclear and gives us false hopes that the owner wants to negotiate but needs to think it over a bit more. And so the months go by with him dragging it out and being evasive when we try to contact him for explanations, not answering our calls or messages, forcing us to chase after him and waste time looking for him at the agency. We have gone more than ten times, always for him to tell us a story and leave with empty hands. And to conclude the story, after all this time we obviously lose interest (or better said, it all smells fishy) and ask for our deposit back; he says he will transfer it to us but that’s another lie, so we have had to chase him for more than a week to get it. In short: very unprofessional, Gregorio is the embodiment of informality, and this happens to us once and never again!!!

Negative experience: Unprofessional!!!! And maybe I'm being too generous. To see a property, they require me to do a financial study beforehand. Even though I say I will pay in cash, they tell me it doesn't matter, that without that they won't show it to me. Honestly, if they are owners and want to sell, don't be fooled by a green tie; there are small, serious, and professional real estate agencies, these people are not valid, neither serious nor formal!!!

Negative experience: They are shameless, providing half information, never answering the phone. If you ask for explanations (Gregorio and Yaiza), they give you nonsensical answers. They waste your time and play with your time and the possibility of finding a home. I do not recommend them at all. Totally disappointed with Tecnocasa.

Negative experience: Nos metieron a un okupa. Engañaron a mi madre con el contrato que firmó. Alquiló su piso por esta agencia y ha estado viviendo 1 año y medio un inquilino moroso que no ha pagado ni la renta, ni la luz, ni en agua en todos estos meses. Tecnocasa se quedó con el mes que cobran por la cara y hasta luego... Se han aprovechado de una persona mayor

Negative experience: Lo menos serio y profesional del mundo. Tenían una cita conmigo para enseñarme una casa y el agente ni apareció. Su compañero me pidió mi teléfono para llamarme en otro momento y mentira. Me pidieron mis datos y no volví a saber de ellos.

Positive experience: Venta estorbada por problemas de salud del vendedor, llevada al cabo con mucha paciencia y en contacto permanente.
