Negative experience: Scam, don't rent here, they lie a lot and I have not lived in a house they rented to me since November 2, 2023, and I keep receiving bills in my name. I need help to unsubscribe. And on top of that, Pedro Gallego tells us that we are a nuisance and blocks us without giving us a solution, and the electricity is still in my name so I have to keep paying for his electricity for free. I don’t know how to contact you, Pedro, but let's see how far this goes. And unsubscribe me from everything because I can’t manage my house and yours with so many bills. In the whole year we rented there in Albox, they didn’t fix anything and we paid €500 that they demand as anti-squat; if you don't pay, they throw you out, and you never get those €500 back even if you pay everything right. €500 rent plus €14 for garbage, and the electricity and water are separate because that's what I normally spend, but having water leaking in my daughter's room and no one calls a professional to fix it, the landlord comes and does a lousy job after three months of having been warned, passing the buck between the landlord and Pedro to fix things, and nothing happened. They even told us we should make do with what we had because we accepted the contract as it was and not to complain. I bought paint and painted the rooms because a lot of paint was falling from the ceiling, and in the morning you would wake up covered in paint and they never fixed anything. I had to put a bucket under the sink because water was leaking, ants on the countertop, and the furniture was disgusting. One room had a moldy closet with a huge layer and a stench that you couldn’t even enter; this is a shame, honestly, no one should be in that state, especially paying. We have paid all the bills without any delay, and now they are doing this to us and lying to us from minute one, and many more things.... And I repeat that I keep paying for electricity that I don’t know what they are waiting for because I paid last month and I will have to pay this December too, and I haven’t lived there for a month and a half. As for the water, I hope they put it in their name because if it’s still in mine, it’s a disgrace and I’m being scammed; what a huge fraud they are committing. And I’m giving one star because otherwise, it wouldn’t let me leave a review.... *What an experience I’ve had that they didn’t unsubscribe me from electricity, and I have paid for two months for nothing because if I hadn’t realized, I would keep paying without living there because it was your responsibility to unsubscribe me, and you said you unsubscribed us and that we shouldn’t do anything because you were in charge of everything. Since you are a real estate agency, you get paid more because you do the paperwork, and it was a lie that we were also talking with Iberdrola, and they called you, and you didn’t answer the phone. So I don’t know... I had a bad experience, let’s see who pays me those two months that I paid for electricity without being there, I have proof.

Fantastic experience: I bought an apartment with my husband in Huércal-Overa that this real estate agency published at the time. We took a long time with the entire process because the apartment was bank-owned and they ask for even your blood type, more or less. Dani, an employee there, has been very, very patient with us, especially with me, with issues like the deposit, the reservation, the FEIN, postponing the signing to another day, etc., etc., etc.... until the signing day arrived, and he and his boss were supporting us at all times at the notary. The only downside is that the services, the water (because I took care of the electricity and gas myself), took a little while, but we have water now... I rated them 9.50, excellent and human Dani... IVIVING REAL ESTATE VERY RECOMMENDED.
