Negative experience: Todo va bien hasta que les dices que te vas del piso de alquiler, me descontaron una cantidad excesiva de la fianza porque el congelador tenía hielo y un grifo tenía marcas de cal! Lo peor es que esto nunca me lo imaginé tal y como me habían entregado ellos el piso… Adjunto fotos de cómo me encontré el piso y como me lo entregaron. Además de muebles VIEJÍSIMOS Y ROTOS, los 3 que había… Obviamente todo se quedó bastante más limpio de como lo encontré y tuvieron la poca vergüenza de descontarme dinero. Además de que juegan con qué no pueden hacer la visita final de entrega de llaves contigo por “disponibilidad” lo cual no es siquiera legal. Hazla entrega de llaves con ellos!!!!!! No te dan opción a nada, ni facilidades ni nada, se quedarán tu dinero… Muy poco profesionales...

Tant comercial, com recepció, com les gestions posteriors, varem tenir molt bon tracte, i per això volem donar les gràcies a la bona comunicació i gestió del papeleo que sempre es fa pasat i amb tot l'equip era tot molt més fàcil.

Negative experience: Durante mi contrato de alquiler apenas tuve problemas con ellos. Las discrepancias surgieron a la hora de devolverme la fianza la cual tuve varias discusiones por qué me pareció muy abusivo algunas cosas. Me pareció abusivo quitarme dinero de la fianza por qué el congelador produjo hielo como muchos congeladores les pasa y además cobrarme una cantidad elevada por la limpieza del piso la cual yo mismo limpié el piso con la intención de que no me quitaran dinero de la fianza. Otra de las cosas que me molestó bastante fue que me dejó caer que el piso olía a “tabaco”… no sabía yo que en un piso de alquiler no se podía fumar. Fui un inquilino bastante respetuoso con ellos, con la comunidad de vecinos y no di absolutamente ningún problema durante el año que estuve allí pero todos sabemos que al final con tu fianza, tu dinero, hacen lo que quieran. Me resulta bastante incómodo dejar esta reseña por que durante mi estancia tuve muy buena relación con los vecinos y con ellos pero a la hora de la fianza considero que no fue lo correcto y fue bastante abusivo.

The worst part was that after having left the apartment in better condition than I found it, they still deducted from my deposit for 'cleaning and maintenance'... cleaning from my pocket. Negative experience: We didn't like it, we went to see an apartment and we were in a hurry, despite our interest there were already others ahead of us. If there are already some that fit the profile, they should formalize everything as soon as possible. This had not happened to me before. The person who assisted us was correct, a bit strange, somewhat confusing and not clear at all. They wanted to help verbally but then, well... Too much calm in the way of working! (And why tell me if it's not going to be that way later), slowness compared to other agencies and they don't get very involved in satisfying the customer. Fortunately, we have already found what we were looking for and better than what they were selling us.

Positive experience: Bastante profesional, explica las cosas al detalle e informa correctamente de los inmuebles. Por contra tengo que decir que son muy estrictos y poco flexibles.

Negative experience: Haber visto un anuncio gustarme enviar todo lo que requerían, e incluso pedirles para reservarlo esta bien por una parte lo entiendo que no quisieran pero otra que no es aceptable es que qeden contigo para día y hora para ver ese piso y cuando te presentas allí te estan enseñando otro por que el que tú habías quedado para ver ya lo habían alquilado día antes de ir.

Negative experience: Todo excelente hasta el momento de cobrar la fianza, no hacen una valoración para nada objetiva. He vivido en varias casas de alquiler y nunca he tenido ningún problema menos con ellos. Un consejo fotografiad todo el piso al llegar y las quejas de los desperfectos siempre por escrito y que vos contesten por escrito, sino intentaran cobrarte todo de la fianza. Un ejemplo, el piso según la persona que hizo la inspección al devolver las llaves estaba limpio y como mucho se haría una hora o dos de limpieza extra cuando al final nos cobraron más de 10.
